Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Nur 5 min zu Fuß zur Promenade und 2 m zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt (Carrefour). Die Einrichtung hat gut gepasst, es war alles da was man braucht.

Die Seife im Klo war leer als wir ankamen, wir hatten nur einen Müllbeutel in der Küche. Die Türen quietschen so laut dass wir und gegenseitig unwillentlich oft aufgeweckt haben. Diese Punkte habe ich aber an den Ansprechpartner weitergegen und mir wurde versichert, dass er sich diese anschaut.

It was a fabulous apartment with subtle colours and inner courtyard view and very good appliances made it a very easy, calm and comfortable experience.

Geräumiges Apartment in perfekter Lage, sehr ruhig und erholsam in der Nacht. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Excellent location, condo and hosts! apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Hosts made a big effort to connect immediately after booking was made and greeted us at the apartment with a bottle of wine. Two blocks from the beach/Promenade des Anglaise and the main restaurant/shopping street. Also a great bakery nearby that we really enjoyed getting fresh baguettes and croissants daily for breakfast. We loved our stay in Nice.

We loved the location and the accommodations. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved loved the windows. It was a welcome surprise to see the water closet separate from the shower. There were three women, and this was extremely helpful when getting ready.

The sofa sleeper was different than the pictures. There was only one full length mirror in the entire apartment. Additionally, the primary bedroom was the only room with multiple mirrors. End tables or a cocktail table in the living room would have been great. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags, and the directions for glass disposal was daunting to say the least. Unfortunately, Americans don't recycle as well as Europeans, and walking 1/2 block to dispose of bottles was much. If garbage containers are not within the property, guests should be able to leave them in the unit for proper disposal.

Everything was exactly the way I expected. It was very calm and quiet. Feel like home. Definitely to recommend.

Beautiful apartment close to everything. Convenient shopping and dining options. All quality appliances, luxury appointments and quiet. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Parking garage has two entry points, so make sure you're aware of the one closest to the apartment. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
