The location is nice, but you need a car as it is about a 5-minute drive from Cabarete town, you could not walk it. It has a hot tube outside, we used it 3 times, lovely feeling being in it when it is very windy which tends to be daily. It is very quiet, the shower has hot water at all times, you have two AC units, a private car park and the parking key is in the pigeon hole. It has a digital pin to get access to the house. Very easy and convenient. The sunrise at about 6.39am is amazing on a clear day!

Cabarete is famous for the electricity to go out, it happened twice during our stay, no fault to the owner. We stayed there for 4 nights and I would have expected at least the towels and rubbish to be changed at least once, but this did not happen. These are very small things. Everything was nice.

What can I say?..I loved this place SO much I don't wanna tell anyone else about it... extremely clean.. beautiful design of the apartment...private ⛱️...well worth the money

There isn't much I wasn't happy with... maybe because it's a little out of the way from the rest of the beach properties and beach lounges...but the owner offers rental cars at a wonderful price.... there's not much to not like here

Relaxing on the covered veranda with ocean view, beach walks, all the comforts of home. The host was very responsive and provided many helpful suggestions.

Well the only I didn't like was personal to me I lost $1,200 phone by the ocean again it was personal had nothing to do with the property.

The apartment is beautiful, right in front of an uncrowded strip of cabarete beach.

Very nice for two people. The balcony and the view from the bedroom were super nice. Kitchen was very good. We got all needed information via message from the owner. No personal contact was needed. No service, but for one week it was perfect.

It was a bit far by foot to the city center, but positive you can use the bicycle taxi for not much money. I think the apartment is not for 4 adults. More for couple with kids, if you want to stay with 4 people. In August there was sometimes not a nice smell in the bathroom if we left the window open.

The patio and the decor of the house was very welcoming. Walking distance to the beach, public transportation was easy or taxi. Staff was very responsive with any things we needed during our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool after that no complaints at all. I was very pleasant with everything else.

Great location right on beach - modern - clean - relaxed. Unit includes a W/D which is great. The pool is small but very private: note the pool at the other bldg is not included -;(

The power went out several times. Thankfully there is a gas stove vs. electric. The location is not walkable you will need a car or scooter. I rented a scooter.
