No service for cleaning

Very comfortable and the pools were nice.

The walk to the beach wasn’t the greatest.

The Villa was perfect for our summer family vacation. Great staff and very quick response to our needs. We will go back.

My wife and I had been traveling DR for a month and we made a reservation to this hotel/condo for a superior apartment. The pictures in Booking.com are amazing. Coming to this area is unappealing. When we got there the elevator was broken. Women like to travel with a lot of clothes, so I had to carried our suitcases to a third floor. The place is small, especially one of the bathroom not shown in the pictures of this particular condo. The only closet is not in the master bedroom and is being used as a utility closet with mop, broom, bucket and garbage bags filled with I do not know what. The closet clothes hanging rod is being used as a drying line with cleaning rags. We could not use the only closet. The living room couch is dirty, so is the the one in the extra room. Neither bathroom has soap dishes. The hand gel shower head placement are broken. Bathrooms are dirty with mold. The living room shows a tv, there is no tv in the tv stand. Dish washer but no washing machine, no clothes rack as stated in the description. The patio furniture look old and faded. The terrace rail concrete are cracked, it does not look safe. We went to the beach and again, it is not like in the pictures. The alley to go to the beach has steps that are old, dirty, cracked and a lot of garbage. There is a steep bank to go to the beach. Tenants put cones to hold parking spots. I could still write more. We will not be back to this place.

We like the size and space of the unit E-4. It was fully furnished and comfortable. A very large living and kitchen area combined and full access to the roof with a grill and a Jacuzzi. The view on the roof was very nice.

No real complaints. Everything worked and was available as described.

When we first got there our AC was not working, but they switched to another penthouse, everything else was very nice!

My TV didn’t work in living room. no TV in one of the bedrooms and internet WiFi is sporadic at best

I didn’t have any breakfast and nobody never tell me about it and I never had room service for the all times I was there and I lost my stuff in my room also I will coming back to this place again.

Just the pool and the security

Beautiful view, love the beach. Love the views. Pool was warm . The place was clean. Great place to be calm and share time with your family. Great service. Securities were helpful.

Wifi wasn’t that good. One tv wasn’t working , dinner table was uncomfortable and the bathroom window needs some curtains because there’s no privacy since the other building it’s near. Some pillows were so hard to sleep on it. Color Towels has some spot of Clorox on it didn’t look neat. The access to the beach it’s a little bit uncomfortable, needs to have signs to know where to go. And the wasn’t enough chairs to be in the beach. Should have some board games at list. No body guide me or talk to me about the place. I just arrived and a security help me to get to my room.

Large and big terrace. Nice BBQ at terrace. Equipments and utilities are working properly in general. Was a comfortable stay in general. Also cleanlines is well in the house.

its difficult to get in touch with reception. It says 24 hour reception but there was no reception. Few products were missed so we solve it by ourselves. Although Covid precautions are not aplicable well. :/
