Great place! Plenty of room, clean, very well stocked. Huge deck with plenty of seating. Nice fire pit with swings. We had 4 adult couples, one adult single, and 5 young kids. Every family had their own space for sleeping. Nice kitchen with large dining table. Nice covered floating dock with swimming ladder, chairs, and kayaks/paddles/jackets. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay at the house! There was room enough for us all and we loved the dock area! Drinking coffee on the deck every morning with a beautiful lake view was awesome! We loved our stay!

We stayed at YoBergerVilla for my wife's birthday weekend with a group of friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The lake house was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. We especially loved spending time on the deck, enjoying the serene atmosphere and breathtaking sunsets over the water. The property was well-maintained, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. It was the ideal spot to relax, celebrate, and make memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

We had a family reunion at this house and had a great time. The lake access was great with several kayaks available for use. The firepit was a really nice area (we did s'mores one night) and the house had all we needed for beds and bedrooms. The coffee/tea center with the Keurig was especially nice.

Great location on the lake, fire pit was warm and welcoming, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for my 13 member family, beautifully decorated, felt like home- only better, will be back for summer fun!

We had a wonderful time at the Lake House. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the lake and kayaks. The owners were accessible and easy to communicate with. Our only regret was that it was such a short visit. We’ll certainly will make it longer when we hopefully are able to return next fall.

My family and I spent Christmas at Yobergervilla this year. The house was everything they described. It was spacious and accommodating for our group size (15). The property the house is on is beautiful. The home was fully decorated for Christmas which was a plus. The lake is breathtaking in the morning time 😍

Perfect Family Retreat
We enjoyed a short vacation get-away with our family in your lovely lake rental. We have stayed in many rental properties, and your attention to detail was noted. The house was clean and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable! We had so much fun swimming, kayaking and fishing together. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Perfect getaway with great beds!
Excellent property with great beds. Plenty of sleeping room for a larger family. Slope to lake is slightly steep but made safe and navigable with pathway and handrails. Sister was on crutches and made it up and down (slowly) with no issues. Excellent dock and proximity to main channel to get to places easily. Very comfortable with amazing host.

Perfect house for our graduation weekend!
Our stay at "Yobergerville" was great! The house had clean bathrooms, clean kitchen and clean linens, which is very important to us. The peaceful setting and the dock made for a relaxing fun weekend. We loved the fire pit area with the multiple swing benches. We would definitely return if we had a large group again and would highly recommend!

Family Easter Weekend
Had great time on the lake for Easter. The grandkids enjoyed kayaking, the men folks had great walks, and the women found everything we could possible need in the kitchen to cook up some great meals.

It was a beautiful location. The Kayaks were a very nice touch. It rained the 2nd day we were there but we made the most out of it. The owners were very friendly and had great communication!

House was great!
The lake house was great. Lots of room for our families. Close to Clemson. The kids loved the kayaks and we rented a boat for a few days. The grandparents love the shade on the dock. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds are comfy. Thank you!

Great stay!
We as a family normally go to the beach around the 4th of July, but this year we decided to stay close to home and go to the lake. We found this home and it was a good decision. We fished, swam, kayaked and relaxed. Some fishing equipment, kayaks, a dinghy, life jackets and water toys are provided. The doc was great to hang out and fish and it has a great deck for barbecuing and dining. It's located in a quiet area right on Lake Hartwell. We are already talking about going back soon. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Clemson stay
We enjoyed this wonderful roomy house for a week of family fun, with a Clemson graduation celebrated, as well. The Lake was fun, swimming was pleasant, kayaks were enjoyable, spent hours each day in the water. There was a ladder which was helpful. The one negative about the lake was the access, it is quite a steep walk, with no rails, for someone with difficulty walking, like my husband and mom. I had read ahead of time that it was not easy to walk, but didn't realize how much so for someone with walking handicap. The 5 rooms were very roomy. The kitchen with the big table was great for us all to eat our meals and play games at night time. It was secluded and quiet. Thank you to the Bergers for communicating with us daily for our needs.

Lovely Lakehouse!!!!
We had the best family reunion in this house! It’s very well equipped for our big family! The rooms are spacious, the walk to the lake is very easy, the owners are lovely to deal with!
We all had a blast at this house and it’s nice lake location!

Lake view!
Great place overall. The only caveat I can say is the walk to the dock is super steep. If you have any physical limitations you might re-think. We absolutely loved the place but even the kids huffed and puffed getting back to the house. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.
