House was as listed. Very clean, kitchen was nicely stocked. Hot tub and pool were nice. Club house pool, River etc area was very nice also. Club house area got crowded and chairs were hard to find so arrive early if you want a chair. Nice thing is this house is within walking distance to the club house. House was an easy 15 minute drive to Disney parks. We arrived at park opening and did not hit any traffic problems. Close to shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Big family home super close to Disney and many other things. The neighborhood is very nice with a great pool area.

I am writing this on my last day while everything is fresh in my memory. Sometimes we focus on the bad and omit some good. I had read the previous reviews on this property and was a bit hesitant to rent, but pleased that I did. My intended group of 10 turned into a group of 5. This home on “my”visit is in good order. CONS: The A/C at this property could use some help. Having only five of us the A/C was manageable. Also we are a mature group, we didn’t go in and out the doors nor cooked as much. I did locate the box fans in closets if it became hot. The before mentioned dirty bed linens in a different review were clean. The bathroom towel situation, only one washcloth per bathroom, again no problem for my smaller group. We brought our own and simply borrowed from the unused bathrooms. No pool towels, no laundry detergent and I couldn’t find an iron. It’s funny that We expect home away from home. The essential items in the kitchen are there. The knives were dull. Now that I have mentioned the cons of this property, there were some pros. PROS: The house is staged beautifully. Not crowded with too much furniture. Photos are as is in the description of property. It’s very comfortable and seemed very clean. My husband is a table tennis player, he and friend enjoyed playing. The table allowed me to keep the hubby at home 😁this definitely was a pro. I did not request pool heating, the hot tub was warm and inviting. One suggestion for you. Move the grill outside of the patio, it has smoke stain on the wall. I give the property a strong 4.9 out of 5 rating for our stay. I will definitely request to rent again. Before I forget, contactless check-in was a breeze. Arrival information email sent with clear instructions, door codes, wi-fi worked seamlessly. Very quiet neighborhood!

The house was nice and located in a nice area. The pillows were dirty and no one came to replace them. We left them in the hall to be picked up, but no one ever came. The trash had liquid coffee in it that leaked out onto the floor. We had to wash out the trash can and clean the mess upon our arrival. The upstairs temperature never got below 75 degrees. They did send someone to look at it,but he was not very experienced and told us it would cool down and it never did. Some nights were difficult to sleep. We had to get out the fans in the closet. I was a little disapointed overall for the money we spent.

My experience with the management staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

We loved the house and the community pool. We were only 15 minutes to Disney and a little over an hour to the beach. We really enjoyed the house and it made it nice to have my family all together for a reunion.

I really enjoyed the home. The only issue I had was all the bed sheets was dirty. That was a easy fix I washed all the sheets.

I’ll start by saying the property and the itself are awesome. The management company the owner uses reply back quickly. The check in process was a bit of a hassle but I got through it. The website they provide to sign documents was very confusing, but I knew I would be arriving after hours and did not want to drive across town. I was not happy with the storey lake management at all. All of the gate guards with the exception of one were extremely rude and the process was very inconsistent. I have stayed at several other properties in the area and had a much more delightful visit. Nothing against the home itself but I will never choose to stay at storey lake again.

Loved the house and the location from the softball complex, however going all the way across town to check in was absurd. Just to give you a code for the door. Something that could’ve been taken care of online. Girls loved the community pool and slides and the fact the team got to stay together close to the complex was great!

This home in Storey Lake was perfect for our family trip to Disney. It's close to all the parks, provides a bathroom and quiet space for each family, was exceptionally clean and had all the items we needed to cook. The Clubhouse was a short distance from the house and was a great place to spend leisure time in between Disney parks. Lazy river, water slides, splash pad, and everything you could want to enjoy a day outdoors! The house itself has a washer/dryer, hot tub & pool, BBQ grill and a game room. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

The house overall was very nice. However, the house was not cleaned: the kitchen floor was not swept. The second master bathroom has pubic hair in the shower, the main master bathroom the bathroom floor was dirty. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain rod fell and hit my son in the head as he was getting out of the shower. The hot water in the house was terrible because the water would turn cold after one person would take a shower. The cable and wifi in the house was terrible. The phone reception was terrible my and I had to go outside by the pool just to get good reception. The pool and hot tub was cold. The air conditioner was locked at 72 degrees and could not go any lower. Also the gas grill was not lighting on its own, we had to use a lighter just to light the grill. The ceiling fan in the garage did not work because the chains to turn the fan on had been removed. Also the parking at this property is not the best because of the shared driveway and the additional street parking is not convenient when guest have more than one car. This would may not a be a property that I would rent again do to all the issues my family and I had.

This is the second time we've stayed in the neighborhood. It's a little noisy in the evening hours and the gate (while secure) was a pain in the butt. Overall this property had tons of room and all the amenities we needed. The only downside was paying extra for the pool and it wasn't ever warm enough.
