Spacious and clean!

It wasn’t the one that was advertised. Slightly stale smell and carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced.

Great spacious new build apartment with secure parking, looking out over the river Clyde. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stylish, comfortable, open plan living area.

Nothing

The apartment was spacious with plenty of space for all 4 family members. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Location is great as it’s so close to the West End with easy access to the City Centre. Secure underground parking space beside the lift was ideal. Opposite the BAE Shipbuilding yard, which we found fascinating (others may not). The Quayside walkway is really nice and perfect for a stroll. Also good if you like a jog or run in the morning you can start on the Quayside and run a circuit around the Meadowside Apartments. David (host) is a real gentleman. Extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. He was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around the facilities, which we appreciated. He gave great info about the local area. When I texted to request a hairdryer he arrived that afternoon. The apt we actually stayed in is different to the one on the Booking.com site. The original apt was undergoing repairs so David suggested the alternative apt which was ideal as it is actually quieter due to its position - with the added bonus of a balcony. He delivered a beautiful fruit basket to thank us for moving apt.

If you aren’t used to city sounds you may struggle with the noise levels. It’s not really noisy but we live in a very quiet rural village, so any noise was noticeable. The location more than made up for it though and within a day we had acclimatised. It would have been nice to have some outdoor seating for use on the balcony.

Beautiful apartment, great staff and all in all an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Décor was good and modern. Enough utilities. comfy bed. Nice and secure parking.

The shower could have been a little more user friendly. And the cooker had faded dials so it was guess work trying to figure out how to work the cooker. Heating was also a bit of a mission to sort.

There is nothing not to like.

Home comfort

Free secure underground parking was provided. The apartment was clean, roomy, well decorated, in a quiet part of the city. Keys were handed over on arrival. The hosts were very friendly, patient and helpful.
