Todo bien. Cómodo, limpio y muy amables. Buen desayuno. Muy recomendable. Al lado de la zona del puerto para los tours y de Serena Street.

Nada solo que estaba en el centro del pueblo

Desayuno fatal habitación vieja ,ruidosa pero mucho llegamos a no poder dormir de los ruidos de la calle encima un aire acondicionado que hacia mucho ruido y daba directamente a la cabeza nos hemos resfriado los 4 dias que hemos estado una agonia y hemos pedido si nos podían cambiar de habitación por el ruido y el aire acondicionado que prácticamente lo ponias y te ponias malo lo quitabas y un calor horrible,y nos han dicho que nos cambiaba al otro lado que no daba a la calle si pagabamos casi100€ mas por noche !!!!!Aun asi el hotel es de los mas caros del nido y no vale la pena lo hemos cojido por las reseñas y menuda decepción.Ni he hecho fotos uno de los cuartos mas oscuros que he visto en mi vida para un hotel

El desayuno espectacular, todo super rico y variado. La vista es impresionante desde la terraza del desayunador. La ubicación muy buena, en pleno centro cerca de todo. Tenía una pileta muy linda. Las camas eran cómodas.

El precio es bastante elevado para lo que el hotel es en realidad.

We were traveling with family, but we could not find a hotel with two rooms, so we had to split between here and the Beach House. We were shocked when the receptionist said that the grandkids were not allowed to visit or even move beyond the lobby. In the listing they said children are welcome, but then in person they told us they are not, and we could not even pay extra. This caused a major disruption to our family reunion for the New Year holiday. Luckily, the Beach House was more welcoming.

We had a room facing the street which was quite noisy at night but this is the case for most of el nido.

Very friendly staff, from the reception to the people working there to the breakfast people, location is one of the best in the town, they offer additional services for free such as tour guides connection and motorcycle rental to the door, the pool is nice, it’s quite in night.

The cheapest room doesn’t come with a fridge so you have to keep that in mind, the upgraded one has a fridge, the wifi didn’t work in our room but worked well in the lobby, the price is a bit expensive.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was a short walk away from the beach and main shopping areas.

Wifi started acting up at the end of my stay, but I think that was outside of the hotel's control.

Friendly staff was the standout point. The VALUE and LOCATION this is hard to beat. The staff were extremely accommodating. The owner was chatty and super helpful.

The rooms were just okay. Large hornets/wasps seemed to enter the building at night. They never did anything but it wasn't appealing to see. Our TV didn't really work well and only had one channel. The showers were a bit musty-smelling. The beds only came with one thin blanket and we needed to request more. They were in the middle of expansion, so I expect that this property will improve in the future.

- very friendly staff - great breakfast - great location, not far from the bars and restaurants of El Nido - small but nice swimming pool - able to organise tours (we did boat tour A which was great) - nice room and comfy bed

- heard a dog howling through the night on one night during our stay (think it was the hotel owners dog which was in the next room to us). - no bar (but beer available from fridge at reception) - loud music at night (from the main area of El Nido - our room was at the back of the hotel which was closest to the main area or bars and restaurants).

The hotel is quite old and with some part in renovation which makes noise during the day from 9am until 5pm. This was not for me a big problem as we went out for tours, but the main problem was that we booked a king room which (as all the other king rooms in every floor) was on the opposite site of the entrance facing the sea and the main street where there are two bars that play SUPER LOUD MUSIC until 4am. Was really impossible to sleep! The second night, very disappointed, around midnight we went down to ask the receptionist what we could do and we found there the manager who could not sleep as well. We agreed to try a room facing the street for the night which was acceptable, but to remain there the other days, nonewithless all this, we should have paid a difference. Thus we decided to check out the following morning asking a refund to booking which, I hope, should be underway. Finally, the breakfast, which was included, was really basic, not inviting with very few choice for non filipino people and still served like during the Covid time. Not really a good experience considering also the high price of the rooms compared to the service and the solutions that you can find nearby (we moved in another very quite hotel at half price).

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Great shower , air con & TV with cable. Balcony , good size pool. Right in centre of Town but very quiet. Great having water dispenser outside room , excellent facility.

Everything great - but a suggestion would be a fridge in room would have been useful.

The staff are the best. Super friendly and the place is crazy clean. Location is 10 out of 10. Close to the food market and walking distance to tours and nightlife.

The pictures of the place are very well taken as the outside looked very different on first arrival. Mainly because the pool side is not seen from the road, and you never see the building from that side. This gives the impression that it smarter than it is.

Great staff, spotlessly clean, lovely, comfortable bed and location.
