The location was spectacular. Right in the middle of the town. Gets a little noisy but it’s so much fun.

The staff were very respectful and friendly. They are so accommodating. Sky was very patient with me with all our calls and request. He made our stay so memorable. Thank you!

We traveled in the peak season of early January. It was very festive vibes around the area. The hotel was always fully booked. It was a 3 minutes walk to the beautiful El Nido beach and very short trip to other attractions. They have a nice restaurent on the 5th floor and plenty of hotels around I can recommend the BURNING SUN KOREAN AUTHENTIC RESTAURANT & BAR. S Resort the staff is well mannered and very helpful they go extra mile to help you. They promote sustainable travel. Clean bed linens, towels, floors, bathroom and the walkin shower. It is value for money.

Quite far away from a swimmable beach

I really liked the staff of S Resort El Nido. Julie at the front desk was very professional and handled our check in really well. She also gave us some recommendations and advice such as allowing us to leave our items while we went for our island hopping tour. Philippine hospitality in Palawan is one of a kind! Kudos to Julie and staff working that day (dec 15/16, 2023).

The hallway was a bit noisy during our stay, however it may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value for the price.

I’m highly recommended this place , the location is wonderful in El-Nido downtown and Also by the El-Nido beach , the rooms have wonderful view of the lagoon or the sea view and the rooftop have panoramic sea view and beautiful sunset , the rooms are clean , the staff are so friendly and helpful, the stay was very comfortable and satisfying, the price is not overrated with the facilities of the hotel , they have free shuttle van for airport pickup and drop off. Everything was so beautiful there

All was good and nothing doesn’t like.

Staffs are polite and friendly. They will go a mile to assist you. The location of the hotel was few steps away from the beach and surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. Rooftop resto offers a nice view of the beach as well.

There was a road construction in front of the hotel, a government project. No noise from construction was heard from our room though.

This was my second hotel in El Nido and I liked the location, the size of the room, the comfortable mattress, the service at the reception and the transportation to the airport.

Since the hotel doesn’t offer any extra service (like a pool for example), I found it expensive. I also asked for a quiet room and even though I couldn’t hear the noise of the street, the room was not isolated enough and shared a door with the next room, so I could hear even a sneeze from the other guests. Plus the staff is not well-trained and they talk loudly in the halls or use their walkie-talkies at unnecessary volumes that I could hear since the early mornings. The linens and decorative pillows deserve to be better cleaned or changed because they looked stained and they dare to ask for an absurd deposit of PHP 1000 for lending a beach towel or an ID, in my case, as I didn’t have much cash and had to explain that. Many things to improve and could accept credit card for hiring massages. Not all travelers, particularly digital nomads who travel long terms like me, can pay everything with cash.

The location was sensational. this hotel is literally steps from the beach. the front desk booked me on a great tour. (tour A). The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean!! so hard to find in many hotels these days. I am a disabled solo female traveler. I felt very safe at the location, The Shuttle to the airport was convenient. great restaurant. food was delicious. good portions for price. the views on the 5th floor restaurant stunning.

The Wi-Fi in my room was non existent. fortunately, I had great cell service at the location. or the 5th floor restaurant has a good Wi-Fi signal. It is near a road that gets a lot of traffic which caused a lot of noise.

Location wise, center of town, close to ATMs, restaurants and shops. Friendly and attentive staffs. Facilities, only one of the hotels in El Nido with elevator, very helpful if have heavy luggages. Comfortable beds.

Room soundproofing can be improved. Can hear door closing on the other rooms and if guest are loud in the hallway. Also hopefully they can offer Paid Lio Airport Transfer in the future.

Lovely friendly staff, amazing location, clean, air con rooms. Drinking water facilities on each floor. Great water pressure in shower. Big comfy bed.
