Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Ebenso war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer hat alles was man benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Dusche welche einen sehr guten Wasserstrahl hat.

Die Villas sind ein wenig schwer zu finden da es kein Schild an der Strasse hat.

Dejlig rent og pænt, skøn indretning med en hyggelig atmosfære. Et meget venligt, hjælpsom og imødekommende personale.

Ærgerligt at nærmeste strand ikke var lækker. Men dejlige caféer langs vandet. Poolen var ude af drift, desværre.

the villa was lovely, and the location was good not to far from el nido town centre and not to close, and also close to the beach

the Wi-Fi was appalling, we couldn’t do anything. I would recommend improving that. And the shower could have done with more pressure and stayed warmer. And could do with a little use of lime scale remover

LOCATION - Quick motorbike ride to Maremegmeg. It's near the bars and restaurants. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Could barely hear anything. You won't hear the videoke and loud music down the street. ROOM & FACILITIES - We were able to cook at the kitchen! It's clean. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower is working perfectly too. Love the balcony. Pretty and cozy place.

CHECK-IN PROCESS - We weren't informed that we need to go to Blue Mango to check-in. Our flight was delayed so we arrived kind of late. We notified the property that our flight was moved but we did not receive a response. We only found out that we need to check-in at Blue Mango from the lady at the restaurant nearby who was kind enough to help us. She mentioned that a lot of people get confused where to check-in. We were carrying a couple of heavy bags and the person who assisted us to the room (although was extremely willing to help) given the location of the room, will have a difficult time carrying the bags so we had to carry the heavy bags ourselves. LOCATION - While the location in general is great (near bars and restaurants, close to beaches), the small alley going to the property is pretty STEEP. The alley is also dark and has pot holes. Be careful not to slip! going to and from the property is a little challenging. If you are carrying a luggage or heavy bags, it's going to be difficult (unless a tricycle can bring you there directly). T&B - It's clean but the divider in the shower is already rusty. Slight foul odor from the drainage and water. Overall it's clean.

close to town and nice stylish apartment! although we got lost trying to find the place, the manager came as fast as he could be with a taxi to collect us!

first of all it’s hard to find this property with the hotel’s shared infos of booking, except if you are lucky or someone knows the spot (in my case I asked numerous) No hot water in the bathroom. The entrance environment (outside the apartments plot) looks bad Internet connection just worked sporadically

We checked in at 5pm but one room was not clean. So we need time to wait for cleaning. Also in this room, the aircondition was not good, a lot of water from this aircondition came to the floor, we asked the reception but they don’t have someone can repair this problem, just put a tower in the floor :(

The location consists of a house with 4 accommodation units, 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor with a nicely landscaped yard and a kitchen in front of the house. the rooms are clean and super cozy, they deserve the term of boutique villa, but not an apartment, but does not compensate at all the negative points

There are problems with electricity in the city, it stops about 2 times a day, and the generator starts when the chaos begins. right in front of the house, behind the kitchen there is a very noisy generator that starts working every time the power goes out. it usually starts during the day and in the evening around 1-2 AM and stays on until the morning at 7-8 AM. in all the 3 nights we stayed there we couldn't rest at all, it's such an annoying noise that it doesn't let you sleep and rest, we wake up more tired and nervous than we went to sleep because of the noise. In the 3 days we stayed there, the Internet only worked on the first evening, then we had to go every time we needed wi-fi to the Blue Mango Hotel Reception and stay there. every time I told them it didn't work, they found an explanation. The toilet window does not close completely, which allows mosquitoes to enter the bathroom and then into the room, every time we had to be careful to close the door quickly so that they do not enter the room. there is also the problem of ventilation in the bathroom, which does not exist, and after every shower the humidity in the bathroom was very high. access from the location to the Blue Mango Reception is via a sloping road, about 3 minutes' walk, which we had to do every time we needed something

After settling in, this was a really nice, comfortable and chilled place to stay. The room is very homely and the bed exceptionally comfy. It's quiet and in a nice configuration with the other 3 villas in the complex - 2 and 2. The help from the staff at the Blue Mango Hotel was exceptional and really couldn't do enough for us. Location is quite good between Vanila Beach and the main town with shops and restaurants very close.

The shower could have been a bit better and perhaps providing a kettle in the room rather than using the communal kitchen facilities. But these are very minor.

the quality of the room is great! Everything is clean and super cozy. The staff helps you out with everything. Close to the main town where you have great restaurants everywhere. The Staff helped us to rent a scooter.

The wifi barely reached our room and we often had to go to the balcony to regain service and when we went back inside onto one of us could use the internet at a time. The power went out often and although the generators helped a great deal, they also ran out leaving us with now service or power for hours at a time. The outlets for European chargers were also quite loose which meant our phones would stop charging since the plug would fall out of the outlet.

I had an amazing stay at the villa! They helped me with the van transfer to and from the airport. They also offered the tours. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable, the AC is cold enough specially these sunny days. The wifi is also great. I loved that they have the shared kitchen with free coffee which you can make from their nice coffee maker. The villa is also just in the center of everything, very close to the town/market and easy access with motorcyle or tricycle. The food also in Blue Mango is really good and they even deliver to the villa. I will definitely come back and recommend!

All the staff are friendly and provided an excellent service. They even helped my family prepare a surprise cake and balloons for my birthday. The place is nearby El Nido airport, the public market, city proper, and the restaurants that we went to. It was a nice spot.

Although the rooms looked nice and spacious, they smelled like mold and it triggered our allergies. I wish they could have cleaned the AC and got rid of the musty smell. There's a bit of an issue with the electricity, and they had to use generators that they turned off few times at the 1st night. There was a construction going on nearby, and we can hear them from our room in the morning.

The breakfast option is amazing at blue mango resort. Everything is very tasty and the staff are really nice. The villas is also very cozy and comfortable. Bed is nice and cozy. The kitchen is complete with basic cooking and the free coffee is great! Location is on point and near to almost everything. The staff are very helpful and polite. Will be back here for sure!

The property is perfect if youre looking for an instagrammable yet comfortable stay in El Nido. The bed is very comfortable, the design is very stylish. most of all, the staff are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. they helped us to all our needs specially tours and transportation. the villa is just 5 mins away from the town and to maremegmeg. its just perfect! coming to a home after a long tiring day. i will definitely come back to el nido and still stay here.

The villa is close to the beach which is very nice coz sunsets in El Nido are incredible! And it's just walking distance from the villa. I like that they have a common kitchen too, the yard is big enough for you to grill some food and just hangout with a couple of friends you meet in the island. The room is huge and sipping coffee in the patio feels really good. It also rained for a while during my stay but I feel like it added a bit more coziness to the villa. And the bathroom oh my that's reallyy spacious! Overall I would recommend this place and would gladly come back with a lover. <3
