We loved our family reunion at this beautiful property. Management team was prompt and courteous. Communication was proactive. Listing with photos was accurate. We will gladly go back and recommend this property.

The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious, the few issues we had did not stop us from enjoying ourselves, the parking was sorta cramped, the roads (which the owner has no control over) were scary to a few people, were very bad, so bad we all decided to get back early no late driving up or down at night, the main bathroom water not hot, and just before leaving we found the front stair board was very loose. However everyone said they had an awesome time and are planning on coming back next year. We all rated it a 9 1/2 out of 10.

This was such an amazing place to stay for large families! We loved wrapping up each night around the large table playing games. We started everyone morning making a big breakfast and the views from the decks. The view from the decks are gorgeous. Perfect location. Out in the country but easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! We can not say enough about this place. 5 stars for sure and more. Thanks for sharing it with my family and I.

Amazing location and property

The view from this property was incredibly serene. It is probably one of the cleanest properties in which I have ever stayed. Having 3 full-sized refrigerators and 2 traditional cooking ranges, was wonderful. The property manager included a bag of ice, which was nice. The outdoor grill was like one you might find in a State Park. Knowing that, may have caused us to bring a grill from home. We plan to return to this property again.

Pool table is in really bad shape. Bumpers are ruined and one cue that works. Only recommend new pool table and maybe a shuffle board. Overall a great place to stay..

This home overlooking the Smoky Mts. has an amazing view! The dining area and outside decks provide a panoramic-like view like no other. It’s truly amazing! Additionally, the home is very clean and is big enough for very large groups. The kitchen has equipment for easy meal prep and food storage with 2 refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers. It’s an excellent choice for large family groups of 20 or more.

We had a great holiday weekend family gathering ranging from ages 85 to 2. The house was perfect for our party of 16. We all enjoyed the spectacular views from the deck and loved having a dining room that we could all sit together and eat and still take in the amazing views. We'll certainly be back!

The online photos don't do the views justice! It was fantastic watching the sun rises, as well as the fog lifting each morning. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for a large group of adults. The only drawback was a couple of the bedrooms didn't have doors, which isn't ideal in a group of adults.

We liked this property so well we came back a second year. This house provides plenty of space for all 18, with room to spare. As the matriarch, I love the double appliances. However, I was surprised to not find a single potholder!

We had a great time staying at this cabin. The view was spectacular and breathtaking! It was secluded and very private. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The children enjoyed playing pool and Pac-Man game. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook our meals for our family reunion. The only thing that I was disappointed about is that if any garbages that do not fit in the outdoor trash cans, we can’t leave them outside or else we will be charged additional fees. We had to drive 30 minutes to the office to drop off additional garbages, which was very inconvenient. We had to make two trips to the office just to drop off additional garbages. Other than that, our stay was great! Thank you for allowing our family to share at your beautiful cabin!

Location of the house is perfect with beautiful views . Stay is comfortable with ample room and spacious bedrooms . Major drawback of the entire house is appliances are outdated . Dryer doesn’t work right, need to go through 3 times for a small load of laundry to dry and burners are all clogged up ,couldn’t get enough heat to cook the food which made it harder to cook for the entire group .2 bathrooms are clogged up and takes a while for the water to drain . Wish they gave us atleast 4 towels per bathroom, with the guests of 25 it was very hard to share and wash in between for every shower .Bedroom sheets have stains on .wish the details were taken care of . For that big of a house having that small grill is unacceptable . Overall other than the location and spacious house it needs many upgrades and issues needed to be fixed so that people will enjoy better .

We had a wonderful time with grandparents, adult children/grandchildren - ample room for family meals and socializing.

House was clean, hot tub was great, views amazing! We had just 2 small issues. 1) The "twin " beds in bunkbed rooms were really trundle pullouts that didn't even have space to pull them out fully. 2) The pool table was not in condition (slightly sloped to one side). Overall however, house was great and we would definitely go back!

My group LOVED the Leconte Lodge! It was immaculate upon arrival and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. The view was hands down the best view in the Smokies. The cabin was easy to get to and from. Someone mentioned how steep the driveway was in a previous review but we had no trouble and it wasn’t bad at all. We made memories we will never forget. Special thanks to the owners for sharing this incredible place with us!

The property and location provided the privacy and setting we needed for a quarterly meeting. Would consider this location for future events.

Our club volleyball team wanted to have a great adventure where we drove a distance to a tournament and stayed in a cabin or lodge together. Your lodge far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and clean. The view was stunning. The kitchen allowed for a lot of folks to work simultaneously without conflict. The quantity of refrigerators allowed for great organization. We all had an amazing time so thank you for such a high quality beautiful place to share teamwork and love.

The cabin was beautiful but the description of the property online was incorrect!! We selected this cabin because it said in the description that it had a pool table but when we arrived there was no pool table! Everyone was so disappointed because several people had brought their pool cues! I asked for compensation for the inconvenience but the owner would only offer a $75 voucher for a stay at some other time. I told them that was unacceptable but they said that was all they could do!!! I would never rent from them again. Their word is no good!

Very impressed with condition of the property and location. The views are STUNNING! about 6 miles from, Gatlinburg location is quiet. The house is clean, and in good shape. The road and driveways are very steep and narrow to get to the house. (The driveway coming down from the property looks almost vertical with two sharp turns; the ABS on our SUV engaged every time we ventured down, but there are a couple of trees at the bottom to stop you from going over the edge. :O)). Very spacious, and great for large groups because of the layout. Large LR/Dining/spacious Kitchen area upstairs and large Game Room downstairs. Love that there were 6 bedrooms with King beds. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses & utensils. (No crockpot or IP though) We arrived the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and the house was decorated for Christmas! Very nice touch. Cons: The pool table was missing- cue sticks and balls were there, but no table. We were disappointed about that. We did not use the hot tub- Checked the water and there were a lot of lady bugs in the water. One of the smoke detectors was 'beeping' from low battery when we arrived. Called the office and they said they would put in a work order to send someone to fix it. We took it down and removed the battery in the mean time. However no-one came to fix and reinstall it. One of the "bunk rooms" is so narrow that only a child size person could get into the room and turn around. It is virtually useless as an adult bedroom. And there is no door on the room! It's actually comical to look at- a large TV (Probably 42"+) hangs on the wall about 2 feet from the bunks. It was a useless BR for our party of 17. There is no outside firepit/ fireplace, which would have been nice. Even with the cons I mentioned though, we would definitely come back to this property, because did I mention the views?? If you are looking for a quiet location this is your house.

We had a large group and was super comfortable. The view was amazing and the house was as described. Enjoyed our stay.

This property did not disappoint. Very spacious, lots of dishes to use and plenty of bathrooms. The views were amazing and plenty of outdoor space. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen well stocked with items needed to cook (sheets and skillet, utensils) for 18. We enjoyed the views and the large table and ample seating to gather and play games (bring your own). We were disappointed to find the billiards table had been broken prior to our arrival but it didn’t stop the kids from enjoying the arcade games and a dip in the hot tub on the lower deck. While we had ample space for sleeping, I’m not sure it’s realistic to sleep 35 here. One bunk room does not have a door and the bunk room across from it is pictured with queen bunk and trundle but we found the trundle couldn’t really be used as there is a dresser that blocks it from being rolled out. The queen/king rooms with attached bathrooms were great for adults. Others have mentioned the steep driveway, But I didn’t find it any more precarious than others in the area and it is well maintained and clearly marked. The views from the dining room and decks are truly beautiful and worth making sure you’re there for at least one sunset. Check in is easy and the property is well managed. The management company was helpful prior to our arrival and seem to quickly address issues. There are definitely some places in the house that could use a little TLC from guest wear and tear, but overall a good place to bring your group together in between adventures.

The views from the house are amazing. I loved sitting outside and looking at the mountains. The hot tub was very dirty, and needs some attention. However, our family had a fantastic time and the house comfortably fit our large group.

The house was amazing! Huge kitchen, tons of bedrooms with room for all ages and phases, and the view breathtaking. Be mindful of the steep street to get to the house, but so worth the drive!
