I was really pleased with my stay at the Lord's Eco Inn Hotel. By far the beest hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed and vey specious rooms. It is ideally situated for visiting the Buddha Stupa and Swayabhu. I felt at Lord's Eco Inn hotel like home as everyone was exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly. The staff is the heart of this place as they make this beautiful place to an extraordinary experience. Especially the front desk staff - Kamal, Dolma, Subash and security guard - Kabir were always of help. I highly recommend this place.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth, charm of Kathamdu and it's people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff especially - Kamal, Dolma, Subash and Kabir make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. I stayed at different hotels for past year while traveling the world and this one was by far my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. As well as very thoughtful design of the rooms especially for someone who works remotely and needs a good desk with day light. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were really friendly, they helped sort out a taxi throughout our stay and helped us plan our day to day activities.

Very bad experience. The reception has very friendly people, but from there everything is very bad. The breakfast very poor and the place dirty, Mr Bharati in the service with a very bad attitude. The toilet in the room does not exist and when we asked for a towel and toilet paper this never came. A hotel that has no manager, we never saw him. Do you want to have a good time in Kathmandu? Book another hotel.

Property was neat and clean. Very helping staff. Front desk people guided us very well. Roof top restaurant is good dor fun if u r nt gng to disc or pub.

Hotel is near buddha stupa but little far from main city. Since the city is small it doesnt matter much.

Stayed for over 4 days which was very comfortable overall from the room to the facilities provided, exceptional service provided by Kamal who is always very helpful in every request! will definitely stay again
