horrible! The address in booking is not correct, No hairdryer, 2 filthy towels, 5 min heat water only, even not enough for washing hairs, no iron, the owner is dropping off the phone, and no help was provided! I’m desaturated, this is so basic things! And the room is cold and noisy (the road is close). Never book this property!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was the most appalling/ vile accommodation I've ever stayed at. Between our room being attempted to be robbed TWICE and my partners eye getting bit by a bed bug it's disgusting.

the host- rude unhelpful, does not live on site, called him about break ins and said "ring the police" never called to the residence to check or help. paid for tv, washing facilities- not allowed cook in kitchen as he has "too many guests" the dryer was "broken" and there was no tv. Booked to stay for 2 weeks, had to leave after one, two towels for two people for a two week stay. WINDOW was covered in tinfoil and masking tape, the bar above the front door was the "wardrobe" and the stains on the underneath sheets of the bedding. Please see photos below. oh and BUGS lots!!

I was disgusted with the level of disrespect myself and my partner received. We were first sent to the address listed on the ad to get there and be told they don’t know what we are talking about then after 20 minutes be given another address to go to which is a 30 minute walk with suitcases. When we get to the new address, we were met with he same response of confusion and being told there was no rooms. we were left on the side of the street for 2 hours waiting on a return call from the host which finally came. When questioned, the host hung up on us. We never met the supposed host.

It was a convenient solution to my mandatory quarantine upon arrival into Canada. Jo was very communicative throughout the booking process and provided clear instructions of how to get to the property. He came to clean the kitchen and bathroom a few times during my stay which was thoughtful. The double bed with fresh linen was great and very comfortable. A clean bath towel was provided. Having a good wifi connection and garden area outside the front of the property made my two weeks stay bearable.

Misleading property description- Jo has two houses and the one I stayed at was displayed only in a couple of photographs. There was no living room / lounge area or laundry facilities available. Considering it was a quarantine stay, basic necessities such as antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer and general cleaning supplies should have been provided. Also some more basic kitchen utensils (like a tin opener) would have been useful.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.
