Relax!
We had the best VRBO host ever. I highly recommend staying here. I'm sure we will be back again. The house was very clean and well maintained. My favorite thing to do was to chill by the pond for a while and just relax.

Hideaway Respite in OKC
This is a gorgeous, historical property with beautiful landscaping. The guest house is situated behind the main house and feels very tucked away and cozy. There is a back patio with plenty of seating, string lights, and modern decor that we enjoyed on our first evening. It looks out over the pond and flowing green lawn. Very relaxing!
The guest house itself is also cozy and welcoming while having an updated, modern decor that I really loved. We were in town to visit family across the state and really looked forward to returning to our little home away from home at the end of each day. The house has everything you might need, and Stephanie checked on us daily to make sure we were well taken care of. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the smart tv was great for the end of the day wind-down.
On our last night was had a fun conversation with the owners and it was great getting to know them. They truly care that you're having a good stay and enjoying the property.
I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we travel without pets.

Refreshing gettaway
My husband and I didn’t want to travel for our 25th anniversary getaway, so the guest home in War acres was perfect!
The guest house was meticulous, inviting and tastefully decorated. Our favorite part; however, was sitting outside on the back porch that overlooks the lush green lawn, beautiful pond and soothing fountain spilling over water. Very relaxing!!!

Our Stay
We stayed 2 nights. Super clean, friendly people, and wonderful relaxing place. There is 1 bedroom and an air mattress. We slept on it and had no issues. Wonderfully made! Awesome place!

We had a great 3 night stay with them. The home was relaxing and comfortable and kept in excellent condition. The property and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very communicative and always kept in touch to see how we were doing. We will be back! Highly recommended!

Amazing place
This pictures do not do this place justice! We had more than enough room for two people and the place was very clean! They even welcomed us with some OK beer and plenty of coffee for the morning! The patio area is just beautiful and was perfect to sit outside and eat dinner and just relax. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat the price!

Honeymoon getaway
My husband and I visit the OKC area every year for our anniversary and always stay in a hotel. After staying here, we will never go back to another place. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary this time, and it was the perfect quiet and private area. Stephaine really made us feel welcome, with complimentary beers in the fridge to full access to the beautiful back yard that overlooks a private lake with their own pet ducks! Such a romantic scene and we took it all in. This is the perfect space for a couples retreat to relax and feel right at home! Thanks for everything!

I feel like we stumbled across the pot of gold at the foot of the rainbow. We love this guest house and our hosts. As weary travelers on our second full day of driving, we needed the tranquility of this spot and Amy made it the perfect stay.

Private & quiet getaway close to OKC’s fun & entertainment
This was my 1st VRBO & it really set the standards high for any future places!
Stephanie made the process so easy & comfortable. She was accessible & accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed.
We were within 10 minutes of most all of the hottest attractions in OKC, but were able to start and end each day in our own cozy, quiet & private retreat.
The home was immaculate and stylish & she truly thought of everything we’d possibly need. We sat outside on the deck at night overlooking the private lake & lounged on the outdoor sofas sipping coffee in the mornings.
We enjoyed the family friendly games that were supplied & watched our favorite Netflix show.
Definitely a home away from home, but with the pampered feel of a nice hotel.
I’ve shared this gem with all of our friends & it will definitely be our go to spot for any future OKC trips.
