Excellent house with great layout and amenities. Good location to get the Balloon Fiesta. We also felt very secure staying at the house.

This house was perfect for our group of women in town to play in a tennis tournament. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Great location, spotlessly clean, quiet, and well decorated. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. The rear patio was a delightful area to eat breakfast and relax. No complaints at all.

Leah was an amazing host. Responsive throughout the whole process. Her home was so comfortable for my family during a rather difficult time. I was worried about the 100 degree weather during our stay but the place stayed nice and cool. There was even a welcome card & treats for us upon arrival. I knew it was kid friendly, but I wasn’t expecting an entire closet of toys & board games which kept the kids entertained. We will definitely book with Leah again ♥️

This house is immaculate. So inviting and comfy. Inside and out is beautiful. Perfect location and centrally located to all Albuqueque has to offer. The neighborhood was so quiet. Leah was always so responsive. Will definitely return.

Property was very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and linens were great. Kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to easily cook a couple meals in. Space was great for our group of four adults, with room inside and outside to sit and relax. Location is not immediately central to anything, but we drove everywhere and most places we visited were all within 15-20 min. Communication with the host was fast, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for our group. Also appreciated the recos for what to do in the area. Overall, this was a great spot for our group, and we were all especially pleased with how well-kept the home was - no "little things" missing/broken/dirty that we noticed while we were there. Pictures were an accurate representation of the space, and would recommend for anyone who's considering this place in their search!

My daughter and I were very happy with this rental. We did not spend a lot of time at the house but enjoyed the time we were there. It was peaceful, would love to stay here when the backyard is all green and you could just hang out there. House was very clean, checking in & out very easy. Never had any need to interact with the owner during our stay as everything was easy to find and manage. Loved our welcome treats too!

This is by far the best rental we have stayed at in the Albuquerque area. It has the best of both worlds being centrally located but also in very private community making us feel very comfortable and safe. The house was fully functional, very clean, and well stocked, a home away from home. The kids appreciated all of the toys available and the large backyard. We most definitely will be choosing this home for our future travel back to Albuquerque.

This house is absolutely a perfect place to stay while in Albuquerque! It was extremely clean, well equipped and quiet. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing proper and super host!

The house is just as portrayed on the website. Actually it is even better. Light filled rooms. very comfy furniture in the TV room, extremely well stocked kitchen, great water pressure, nice sized dining room table and a desk for your laptop. A hiking path can be accessed by heading south to the corner, (the house is next to a small park), turning right, and walking a half block along the south side of the park to the marked path. on the right side. The walk travels along a drainage ditch between trees bordering on both sides of the ditch. It is easy to drive to Old Town and several restaurants are nearby the home. Definitely recommend staying at this property.

The host made sure that all details were taken care of for our balloon crew. The house exceeded our expectations.

Beyond exspectations!

We felt so lucky to find this property that catered to our every need. Our children are aged: 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, & 10. There were a few outdoor toys and so many indoor toys that matched each child’s interest. When the children are entertained, the parents actually have the time to relax. We love that we didn’t have to bring a pack n’ play or other toddler necessities. Overall, the property managers/owners did an amazing job with cleanliness, organization, overall decor and anticipating the needs of a family with children of varying ages.

My review is going to focus on the kid-friendliness, though we also were SO impressed by the check-in, house layout, comfy furniture, and available kitchen appliances! I've never been to a rental that was so prepared for a 2.5 & 5 year old. A giant closet filled with toys that would interest babies through little kids, a high chair, kids table and chairs, a little bug scooter, and a giant GATED back yard that was flat and safe for running. The kitchen also had sippy cups, kids plates/forks/spoons. My sister's family and my family shared the home and it was so perfect because the kitchen/dining area/tv space is in the middle and then there are two wings of bedrooms on either side. When you turn in for the night it really feels like you have your own rental house. This would also be a great balloon fiesta rental! 5 stars!

We spent 6 nights at the Alamedan Valley property and loved every moment of it. The house was well-furnished, immaculate, and comfortable and the surrounding grounds were lovely and peaceful...everything you could wish for. We hope to return again next year.

We were here as a family attending Albuquerque balloon fiesta. House was short drive to balloon park and many good restaurants. Back yard was perfect for outdoor meals and the kids enjoyed playing in yard. Clean house in nice neighborhood with everything we needed.

I rented this house for out of town family who came to Albuquerque to attend a memorial of a family member who died in the worst of COVID last year. Leah couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. The house is spotless, large and serene. Family who stayed there fully appreciated the place. We will book again for anyone visiting. The process from the beginning to the end was stress free and professional. The property was warm, home away from home, very very comfortable.

We had a first post-vaccination family reunion with 7 adults, including Grandma (87) and couldn't have been happier with the house. It is beautifully maintained; exactly what the photos show online, with an excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and a variety of places for groups to gather to chat, inside and out. The beds were all great; very new and clean and comfortable, and the house is quiet. No one had any trouble sleeping in! The location is good for getting around Albuquerque and the area. There are plenty of places to go out to eat within a short (less than 10 minute) drive, and easy access to the interstates for going farther. Our hostess, Leah was fantastic, with awesome communication and clear instructions about how to live in the house. All in all we couldn't be more pleased with our choice! Thanks Leah! Bill and Roberta PS -- The artwork and decor are also a treat. Very southwestern and lovely!
