The home was great! Lots of space for our party and loads of entertainment offerings. We stayed for the balloon festival and it’s located minutes away from the park. The balloons flew right over the house on the last day and landed in the development in the back. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely place!!! It exceeded our expectations by far. The property, location, host, I loved everything about it. It really does make you feel right at home during your stay. I would definitely book it again.

My husbands family is from Albuquerque and we visit once and a while. Would definitely visit more often with a place this nice to stay. Comfortable and beautiful. Top notch remodel with no expense spared. This place had enough space to spread out if wanted or congregant together and visit in so many areas. The host was very responsive and their online guestbook is very cool and helpful. All the tvs and internet were very easy to use. We didn’t have little kids but they did have amenities if we did and anyone who does will be well set up.

We brought our entire family to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta. There were 8 adults and 3 children. There was so much room and very inviting furniture and sitting areas. House was extremely clean. We were able to cook and do laundry. Everything was like brand new. Our host contacted us before the trip with all the information we needed. The balloons flew right over our house and landed across the street. There is parking for two vehicles. We had the pool heated and it was perfect, hot tub good too. Highly recommend this house for any family vacation!!'n

In my party we had 8 adults staying for 4 days while attending an Air Force graduation. This house was close to grocery and anything else you would need. We ordered out quite a few meals also and there was a large selection of different types of restaurants to choose from. 1) bedrooms-a beautiful master with a bathroom to die for. Another bedroom with a king? Bed. Next bedroom had two queen beds in it and a front study had a sofa bed that converted to a bed and this was private with doors so it’s own room. Beds were comfortable and the linens were wonderful. There is laundry available which really helped. Outdoor living—we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house. There are multiple seating areas with nice furniture groupings and a pool! It was hot this august so the pool was a huge bonus. Kitchen has everything you could need and then some. It even had two coffee pots in the kitchen and one in the master Bedroom! I needed to contact Alex a couple of times and my problem was solved within minutes and all via text Which is also very convenient. If you are looking for a home base while you visit the area or just wanting to spend all your time hanging out around the house, this home was perfect and so roomy we never felt crowded! Loved this home—beautifully decorated also….we may go home and rethink some of our paint choices😀

We had such a great stay. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Pool is bigger than expected, and nice and warm. The kids spent most of the day in it :) Kitchen is well organized and stocked. All around great experience.

We specifically chose this house as the pictures looked amazing and we thought the heated pool would be a great treat for our kids after sitting in a car for hours. We were not disappointed! Everything was very clearly outlined in the online guide they provided us. The pool was heated and we were able to use it immediately when we arrived. Everything in this home was top notch! Alex was extremely helpful, even before our stay, with answering questions and getting the pool heated for us (which I highly recommend). The beds are very comfortable, the house is spacious and private, and our kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub.

We stayed here with family for a staycation from Colorado!! The house is absolutely beautiful the flow and the floor plan. The pool was big and super fun for kids and adults. We loved how clean the house was and the furniture and the whole look is very contemporary. Justin and Alex are amazing hosts. This house gets 100 stars not just 5!

Great place for a family getaway. Super nice renovation. Beautiful bathrooms and amazing well-stocked kitchen. Perfect outdoor living spaces. Everything just as pictures show. We paid a bit extra for heated pool and kids absolutely loved it.

We live in town and have used this location as a getaway twice now. Great both times.

BEAUTIFUL property with exquisite furnishings!! 2 families of four with children ranging from 3-6. Accommodations were perfect and the pool was why we booked the property in the first place. Communication with our guest contact Alex was fabulous!! All of our needs were met and questions answered promptly. If your travels bring you to ABQ...I highly recommend this beautiful house!!

10 of us enjoyed every minute in this wonderful home. Plenty of space, including great beds and plenty of amenities. The master bath alone is worth the trip. a kitchen that satisfied every want of our group,, which included 2 experienced chefs. Although we didn’t spend time outside as it was very cold, a summer visit should be even more fun. Our liaison, Alex, was right on top of our every need, even finding and bringing over a large stew pot. We will definitely rebook this property.
