Very nice and gr8 location

It was the perfect location for our stay in NM. The home was very clean and had many amenities needed. Owner was very accessible when had a question.

Everything was clean and comfortable for our family of five. We enjoyed the hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Quick communication from the host as well! Close drive to Target and restaurants, great location!

This house had an amazing view. We had friends stop by for dinner and had to eat outside despite the cold. There is a whole home stereo with a tape deck!!! Instantly I was taken back to the 90’s!! It was actually a really cool feature having the radio play throughout the home. Perfectly equipped kitchen, great outdoor area… no complaints!! The area is near a gym, target and a mile from Costco… no complaints at all. Also the corn puff treats were so good we bought more for souvenirs for home!!! Mahalo!!

Excellent property in a great, quiet neighborhood! The house was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The views and hot tub were amazing and enjoyed by all! The pool table was an added bonus! The hostess was quick to answer any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this property!

This VRBO will not disappoint and is sure to make you happy! The house is clean, welcoming, comfortable, nicely decorated, and located in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms are generously stocked; (there are even bowls and utensils for toddlers). Flyers, pamphlets, and magazines related to “things to do” while in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, were in the house, and much appreciated. Nice touch! The backyard is wonderful! It’s private yet there’s a beautiful view. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub and sharing meals together gathered around the large table on the patio. We highly recommend! My family and I are return guests. We find Rosie's property to be a perfect place for our family to unwind and relax. The house is lovely, immaculate, and the private pool is the piece de resistance. The location is excellent: near many restaurants, etc., yet the neighborhood is quiet. Thank you Rosie.

If I could give this property more stars, I would. Very clean home, pool was super fun, neighborhood is quiet and friendly, great communication with property owner…. I could go on and on. We ended up needing to stay longer than expected and Rosie was very understanding and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Six people, 3 generations. Family vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures on VRBO. The pool, covered patio, and huge outdoor dining table provided perfect place to gather and enjoy.

Clean, nicely decorated and outfitted home. Thoughtful small additions like foil in the kitchen, games, etc. Missing a few other essentials like extra paper towels, something to clean dishes with, etc. I would love to see a few additional places to sit outside by the pool, and mention of how many pool towels there were to ensure everyone had one. I would also encourage a note to those who stay that the freezer doesn't make ice and to watch the fridge doors to ensure they close. No big deal, just helpful to everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and we returned the favor. Amenities were close by and really a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable, the bunk beds a perfect addition and greatly appreciated. The kids, parents and grandparents really had a comfortable, fun and comfortable stay!

This property and host absolutely did not disappoint. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. Rosie was fantastic and I did not have the slightest dislike about anything with the place. The pool and hot tub was excellent. The neighborhood was so nice and conveniently located to just about everything. The house was very spacious and provided everything my family needed. I hands down recommend this place to anyone and it will definitely be my 1st choice when visiting Albuquerque again.

This property was absolutely perfect! Rosie was a sweetheart and easy to communicate with, and the house was exactly what we needed. Hot tub, pool, and the incredible views were exactly what we wanted. We will stay here again when next we come to Albuquerque!

My family stayed to be close to a family member on this side of town for Christmas. It was conveniently located and in a calm, quiet neighborhood. Great for families!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was warm and welcoming . The kitchen was the perfect size for our Thanksgiving dinner. We had plenty of counter space to work with, and it didn’t feel too crowded with everyone helping. 4 of us stayed at the house and we had 5 guests for dinner. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great trip and stay. We were there for Fiesta and the house was very convent to the field, we even watched the fireworks a couple of nights from the back area. The hot tub felt great after a long day of flying and sight seeing!

We really enjoyed the 5 days we spent at this property. The pool was a big hit, it was only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Easy 5 star stay.
