Excellent and daily cleaning by Staff and very pleasant, Location very good and close to the main area on the front. The Reception Staff where ever so pleasant and helpful nothing seemed like to much trouble for them. The Superior Apartments have been refurbished to a high standard and was spacious.

Everything . Until now we had only stayed in 4 &5*places over the world. I honestly don't know why it's only a 2, perhaps some chipped paint but this is far better than any 5* as nothing was any extra cost or trouble that we asked for. Everything was quick and easy. Clsoe to everything and just perfect

3 cockroach in the room and white bugs on the floor when we arrived. We changed room and then no cockroach but still those white bugs.. we are from Iceland so we are not used to bugs😅 So if the floor had been cleaned before that would have been better. Also they where working on the apartment next door so it was very loud early in the morning, around 9. If we would have partied a little less it wouldn't have been a problem😅

my room was right next to room that they worked on 8am-6pm drilling walls, asked to change - the reception ignored me, email only was picked up day later. pools only in the part near reception- the hotel rooms on the other side of the bridge has nothing. gated area around the hotel but gates left open to street level, staff just pure rude at reception - on arrival no greeting only asked for passports- process and off you go.

There was a lot of renovation work going on in the apartment block paradero 2 which wasn't mentioned, very noisy quite early until early evening. Long walk from reception and pool to apartments.

decent size, nice size balcony was perfect for our stay

Our apartment was a fair walk away from reception/pool area. steep hills required to access reception and pool area which didn’t help my heavily pregnant partner. our apartment had bugs all on the side they never went away and would crawl all over the side/hob one of the reasons we never cooked in there as worried bugs would get in our food. mid way through stay me and my partner were on the balcony went inside as door knocked came in to find a cleaner already in our room cleaning she was asked to leave twice and never she continued to clean and move our stuff.

The staff was very polite and helpful. There is a kids pool which is nice if you have kids under 5. There is a lifeguard at the pool. You can buy snacks and drinks at the hotel bar.

The clientele was a bit rough and noisy to say the least. Breakfast and wifi was not included. The apartment kitchen was not equipped with coffee filters and dishwashing liquid, so you have to go out and buy that in the supermarket. Also, the cabinets had been stripped from whatever was left from previous guest. Normally people do not empty out salt, frying oil and so forth. Basically you have to go out and do a big round of shopping before the kitchen can be used for cooking.

the first night we was robbed, woke up to our door open, wallets with euros and cards inside gone whilst we was sleeping. when you arrive they give you a map, they told us to cross a bridge to reach our apartment, yeah that bridge was over a storm drain that’s full of rubbish and stinks. at first sight apartment looks alright then we was greeted with a cockroach under the curtains, the maids come to your room a lot it’s true, but to do what who knows because they never changed the bed sheets in a week. there’s a path that runs alongside the storm drain/apartment full of shady looking characters up and down all night. don’t be fooled when you see the main building/reception because slums await you. if you don’t mind getting robbed, living with cockroaches, sleeping on a stained bed, and constantly having a bad smell in the air then go for it,good luck
