Avoid this property and vacasa (3rd party thru booking.com) at all costs. Vacasas overall customer service is severely lacking. You call an 800 number and speak to a rep who can’t do anything or making any decisions and has to get ahold of a property manager which is nearly impossible. Upon arrival the front door wouldn’t lock properly. The maintenance man fixed it but there’s was a metal plate in the door frame helping lock the door ( proof this was a known issue). The property also had black mold on the ceilings and didn’t seem to be a concern to vacasa at all. The floors and baseboards were also pretty dirty with hair and dirt. The back slider door didn’t slide (would get stuck) and didn’t initially lock. We were told (two women) to lift the door (very heavy) to properly lock it. The slider door was a know issue per the maintenance man. I asked to moved to a different rental multiple times upon arrival or to just be fully refunded and leave- all my requests were ignored. I was eventually refunded $150 (from vacasa) for a $360 one night stay but I fought hard for that $150 and it honestly wasn’t worth the stress it caused. Just avoid vacasa and this property.

Nothing. My room was 79’ when I arrived. Air conditioning was not working I went to the store. I got a message that the air was working I went back to the room It was 80’ Air still not working My wife went to sit on the terrace and a rat ran across her feet and tried to get in the room Mold in the bathroom I was hung up on 3 times by “customer service” I was told there was no record of my mention of a rat. I have the text to prove that is a lie. I want a full refund I did not stay there over 6 hours.

The repairman fixed the air conditioner but said I could not use it for 3 hours because it had to “unthaw” I want a full refund I did not stay there over 6 hours..

Mold in the condo. Air vent in bedroom does not work so really hot in bed room. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. All you feel are springs.

The beach was nice.

The beds were horrible, left early because no one could get any sleep. The couch cushions sunk down into the frame so it wasn't even comfortable to sit and relax.
