There were 16 of us, aged 7-70! We had the greatest time! The house was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was awesome as we did most of our meals at the house! The beach is beautiful, and we loved the boardwalk to the house and the water for rinsing our feet.

The Veranda beach house is spectacular! Very spacious, with beautiful decor! Our large family of 28 (ranging in age 2.5 months to 75) had plenty of bedroom space and also enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen on the main floor. Extra lounge areas on upper floors were utilized by young adult and teenage grandchildren. With toddlers and babies, the gated private pool with gate lock was much appreciated for safety! The pool is partially shaded during most of the day, but plenty of pool sun available, if you want it! Beds were very comfortable, and linens high quality. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, serving utensils etc. for a very large group. The private boardwalk from the main level was wonderful, and beach area also private. We had 6 cars and there was ample covered parking. Kelly was wonderful to work with and gave us recommendations to help plan our 40th wedding anniversary! This was our 4th family gathering at Gulf Shores, and our stay at the Veranda house was the absolute best!! We hope to return! Deb and Ray from Ohio

I carefully planned a 50th bday celebration with 22 family & friends for almost 2 years. I can't thank the management company enough for making this an amazing stay. From the beautiful house and property to allowing me to ship some items ahead of our stay, they really made this the easiest trip to plan. Kelly was instrumental in making it all happen & I can't thank her enough. Positives: 1-Amazing management company & communication was fantastic. 2-The house was spectacular! Every room was beautiful. The kitchen was plentiful in all you needed to prepare large meals, cook and clean. The bathrooms were great! Showers never ran out of warm water. All bedrooms had amazing mattresses and inviting decor. The gathering area downstairs NEVER felt crowded, even with 22 of us. The outdoor decks were a wonderful addition for people to lay in the sun, read & drink coffee in the morning, or just relax after a busy day. The temp was comfortable for everyone, so air conditioner kept up fine. The pool was a comfortable temperature. Cool enough to feel refreshing, but not too cool you couldn't get in on a cooler day. The parking was plentiful. 3-The beach was amazing!! Pretty, white sand and nice water. A few negatives: 1. Small pool- there isn't an opportunity to hang out in it with a large group 2. No water accessories 3. A/V never worked right & too difficult for many to enjoy 4. Sofa beds had bad mattresses. Overall amazing stay!!!!

It was a wonderful property. Beautiful home and perfect location! More than enough room for all of our group! Will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding property!! Very clean organized and location was wonderful!! Communication with property managers was outstanding as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful, spacious, steps from clean beach. Stocked with beautiful dishes and every kind of pot and griddle you could ever need. Downside 1 dishtowel and 1 sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, and no trash liners salt pepper or keurig pods! Our family loved it though.
