Almost everything. We were welcomed by Massimo to this lovely barn. It has a great outdoor space with a picturesque view of the dolomites and bbq area for a family with kids. Well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms, with good size bathroom.

An absolutely beautiful premises, slightly off the main road (which one cannot hear upon arrival), leading into Belluno from the West. Barbara is an incredible host who catered to our every need and made our stay all the more special. We stayed in one of the two semi-detached houses that had every comfort required, and style in addition. There is a huge common area outside, and the views of the Dolomites are delightful. Thanks to tasteful planning and layout, the whole property is a treat, and is a refuge for relaxation. From short walks to manageable car outings for longer trekking, and the added bonus of Belluno around the corner, we had a fantastic week here.

Everything was absolutely perfect and although this might sound like an angrateful gripe, there was a lot of lawn mowing going on all the time. We appreciate that it´s a lot of work to keep the large lawns trim! :)

Barbara is delightful and made sure that we had a relaxing break. We spent 10 days at Fienile Chiaramada and will definitely return. The house itself is quite peaceful with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of outside space to relax. While it feels remote, the city center of Belluno is less than 10 minutes away and there are many options for outdoor activities nearby (the hosts make excellent recommendations). The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher as well as sufficient plates and cookware for a self-catered holiday. Even though it was quite warm outside, the apartment stayed deliciously cool in July. Highly recommended!

The house has a lovely location, with beautiful views on the mountains. It has a large garden and a nice terrace, very well maintained. The house is well equiped and clean. Very friendly owners, live on the same property a little further, owner Barbara speaks fluent English and is very accessible.

I have a bad back and the bed was a bit less comfortable for me.

The house is situated in a quiet location but close to amenities and the beauty of the Dolomites. Very friendly owners and super clean.

We travelled with my family (4 of us) to Belluno region to enjoy surrounding Dolomiti mountains. We chose to stay in Casetta Garzi and it ended up to be a great choice for following reasons: 1. location: - situated in the middle of a fantastique green field with views over Alps and surrounding fields and forrests (we enjoyed morning jogging in these fields) - in 1 hour from all great sight seeing locations, e.g. Belluno National Park, Nevegal, Bus del Buson, Castelle di Zumelle, etc. - 5min from groceries and great restaurants (in case you want to enjoy a tipical local cuisine) 2. House: great house, exceptionally clean, cozy, with everything you need during a long or short stay (even in little details). 3. Host: Barbara is an exceptional host and offered support and help beyond our expectations.
