Discriminative behaviour of staff can not be accepted, treated us differently on multiple occasions especially at the Restaurent. Ours was a group of 21, we have been to so many places in Europe for last couple of years, this is the first time we are facing such discrimination from a hotel. Need to improve the service levels a lot. Very poor breakfast, same items of average quality for all 4 days and horrible service. Limited hotel facilities, very small rooms and bed quality is poor at this price. Really wonder how they got this review score in Booking.

O quarto que pegamos era muito espaçoso e confortável. Cama King muito gostosa. Estacionamento privativo pago, mas excelente. Café da manhã muito farto e gostoso. A localização em Roma é perfeita, perto de tudo. Estamos de carro e poder andar por Roma dirigindo sabendo que sua vaga está reservada ao voltar é muito bom. Equipe super atenciosa e feliz. Voltaremos.

Very nice hotel on a good location. The room vas very clean with a super comfortable bed. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good.

nice breakfast but when you asked for extra hot cappuccino but it comes cold

badly smell from bathroom which was main problem and they turn on central bathroom fan circulation during the day but it was turn off during evening and night time.

Some of the front desk people and the night shift person were very helpful and answered all of our questions patiently. The staff in the breakfast room also very kind. The size of the room was nice for 3.

Some of the front desk staff and manager were not very open to feedback and probably thought we were difficult when explaining our concerns. We let them know that we needed help calling the DHL office and that we had ants and other insects in the room. The room wasn’t initially set up for 3 although we booked ahead and paid for 3 etc. Small things, but if you are a 4star and respond by saying “We’ll it may not have been set up, but then we did it after you got here”. He’s right that no harm done really, but after long travel days and tiredness a simple, “Thank you for your feedback—I’ll address this” or some would have been a 4star response. We wiped away the trail of ants and who knows what happened to the silverfish. The breakfast was not as fresh as we experienced at other 3-4 star stays that same week. When leaving for the airport we requested a larger vehicle for all of our luggage and after 30min no one let us know that the taxi service still hadn’t responded. My co-travelers and I decided to split up and it was the taxi driver who went above and beyond and made efforts to get us all in one vehicle which saved us stress and money. Overall, the price here is higher than it should be per room for the general service, readiness, quality.
