1. W obiekcie czysto. 2. Dobra lokalizacja dla tych chcących się wyciszyć i zrelaksować - zmierzyłem czas stoperem od mieszkania do plaży. Idąc spokojnym tempem (wręcz ślimaczym) można zanurzyć stopy w morzu w niecałe 2 minuty, a jak ktoś się puści sprintem to ze 30 sekund. Jeśli ktoś woli bliskość centrum to trochę gorzej, bo to kilka kilometrów do przejazdu, ale jeździ kilka autobusów (3,8,11), więc też tragedii nie ma! 3. Okolica jednocześnie tętniąca życiem i spokojna. Nikt nie utrudniał mi zaśnięcia w trakcie czterodniowego pobytu. 4. Bliskość sklepu całkiem ok. Najbliższa Mercadona około kilometr dalej. Przystanek autobusowy praktycznie pod nosem. 5. Rolety w oknach - bajka! Można spać jak zabitym. Jak dla mnie to luksus, bo przynajmniej podróżując po Polsce często przeszkadzały mi światła nocnych latarni, ale w Hiszpanii rolety to chyba standard. 6. Klimatyzacja dostępna - podróżowałem w październiku, więc się nie przydała, ale na gorące miesiące na pewno ułatwi pobyt. 7. Dostępne podstawowe przybory kuchenne - patelnia, czajnik elektryczny, talerze, miski, garnki, sztućce. 8. Dostępne również inne dla mnie bardzo pomocne sprzęty - pralka, suszarka, mikrofala, lodówka. 9. Prysznic, a nie wanna - dla mnie to wielki skarb! 10. Na miejscu był żeloszampon pod prysznic - to duże ułatwienie. Gracias! 11. Jeśli chodzi o gastronomię to w szafce była sól, ale to tyle w tej kwestii. 12. Dostępne podstawowe środki czystości. Ok. 13. Wygodne łóżko, w porządku!

1. Trochę za mało miejsca, ale to nie jest jakoś szczególnie uciążliwe. 2. Podczas mojego pobytu jedna lampka nie działała (przepaliła się żarówka), ale to też szczegół, bo była dostępna druga. 3. Po prysznicu woda wylewała się szczeliną na podłogę. Powiadomiłem o tym właścicielkę przed wyjazdem, więc może ten problem zniknie. ;) 4. Zabrakło mi deski do krojenia. 5. Zabrakło mi też proszku do prania (mimo że była pralka). Zalecam wziąć swoje, jak też uczyniłem profilaktyczne. 6. Czasem w apartamentach spotyka się bardziej rozbudowane "kulinaria". Tu była tylko sól, a ja np. potrzebowałem oleju czy herbaty. Niby takie pierdółki, ale kupowanie całego oleju czy całej paczki herby w trakcie wyjazdu to tylko obciążenie bagażu. Trochę więcej takich kulinarnych dodatków mogłoby być na miejscu. Tak jak z tym proszkiem do prania, bo kto chciałby kupować cały proszek... Co z tym potem zrobić??? Tak więc, wracając do tego punktu, churrosy jadłem surowe albo podgrzane w mikrofali, haha. 7. Sposób odbioru kluczy od właścicielki osobiście zamiast ze skrytki. Ja nie lubię takiego rozwiązania, bo podświadomie czuję, że muszę się pospieszyć, tym bardziej, że późno lądowałem w Maladze, a za odbiór kluczy późnym wieczorem jest dopłata 20 euro.

Tudo estava bem preparado para a estadia, a casa serviu bem os meus propósito. Principalmente o ar condicionado visto que é uma zona muito quente.

We stayed at two apartments. Both were perfect clean, with everything you need. Furniture is new, clima works good. TV, WiFi, kitchen equipment and really comfy beds. Also a lot of wardrobe where you can put your clothes. Just 20 metres from the beach. Also I appreciate good communication. The road is bit noisy only during the weekend, at normal days it is good :) I definitely recommend, for families.

The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect (1 minutes from the see, bars, restaurants, 5 minutes from supermarket). We really enjoyed the stay there.

The only negative thing in the apartment is the bed. Unfortunately it was unconfortable for us, but for 2 nights, we could survive. (Can be tricky for longer stay...)

The appartment was super clean, comfortable bed, good size kitchen and own terrace to sit outside. Terrace is facing a inner yard, not a street, so this is big bonus for this appartment. It was comfortable to cook in the kitchen. The hosts were kind and responded quickly. Very close to beach promenade, local cafes, supermarkets, old fisherman houses. Prices for food, tapas and drinks are cheaper than in center. Bus stop is 3 min walk and 15-20 min trip to city center. The district is a simple, residential area, so mostly local people live there. From El Palo bus stop you can easily catch bus to Nerja beaches or caves without going to Malaga center. Very few tourists.

The street can get quite noisy, so might be good to use earplugs if a light sleeper. The noise didn't disturb me much when windows closed and slept well. The beach is very close but it's a bit dirty for my taste. However you can catch sun and enjoy local charm.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you would need. Location is just around the corner from the beach and there are several supermarkets nearby. There are several busses that take you to the center in 15-20 min. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended accommodation if you want to have some peace and quiet but be not too far away from everything!

The property is located at a central location. Bus takes about 20-30 mins from Marina to the property. It costs Euro 1.40 anywhere you go in the city. The property has a big bedroom and a spacious open plan kitchen with a big sofa. The kitchen had everything you think of - fridge, WM, micro, hob, 4 men complete dinner set along with a folding four person dining set. there was an electric iron along with the ironing stand and airer to dry clothes. there was also washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, mop etc. Both the rooms had full functioning aircon. There was also a laundry basket to throw in used towels.

Since the property is situated on a busy road it's damn too noisy.

Perfect place to visit Malaga! Very cheap price with all the services we ned, we stayed for 6 nights and we could’t ask for anything better! if we will ever come again to Malaga, we will be sure coming here again!

Lovely clean apartment, great location for beach and fish restaurants, only thing would say is road behind apartment can get noisy, I'm a light sleeper but didn't bother me with windows closed, may be different in height of summer.

New clean appartment one step from El Palo beach. We had really great stay, suite was quiet. Everything is super close, restaurants, bars, shops, bus to the Malaga center just few minutes by walk.

If there was some shading on the balcony it would be great. We couldnt use it much because of sun and heat.

parking isn’t easy but this was already mentioned in the booking. toiletries were a bit scarce and had to buy most things.

Air conditioning

Too far from nice beaches, restaurants and main attractions meant always having to use the car…Which was another issue because there’s no parking near the house. Plus it is important to highlight it is not on the beach, it is beach adjacent and a bad one at that. If you’re looking for nice spots, you can pay less and stay at the city centre, which is what my friends did. Additionally, there is no service at all.

Host was very kind and has accepted an early check in. Property was clean and well equipped. WI-FI connection was stable - I used it to work for 2 days.

I stayed on the property facing the street and not the beach. It is difficult to rest during the day because of the noises from the traffic.

The location was perfect. It's a one minute walk from the beach and close to language schools and supermarkets as well. For one or two people the apartment has the perfect size. It was super clean and the host was very nice and could always be reached. Air condition worked very well. And kitchen is very good equipped. Soap was provided. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location so near the beach with many restaurants and walks; quaint neighbouring apartments. Sunny terrace for outdoor dining. Two good sized bedrooms with wardrobes; excellent kitchenette and bathroom.

Fantastic apartment at a quiet street, only one street from the beach. From the front door you can see the beach. Nice terras to sit privately, next to the front door. Great shower, large living room for 2 persons, kitchen has enough space, very big refrigorator. We like the minimalistic white decorating, that looks very fresh and clean. Many restaurants and cafe's in walking distance at the boulevard. There is no sun in the bedrooms so they are very cool in the summer. You can go to the city center of Malaga by bus (nr 3, 8 or 11) for only 1,40 euro cash per person. The bus station is only 5 minutes away at Calle Almeria (N-340).

You hear a little bit of traffic near the bedrooms, but you get used to it after a day.
