Needed a place to stay, so we could come down to attend my Great Nephew's 2nd birthday party on the beach at Hiles Beach ramp, this worked out perfectly. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo, it was accurate as listed. There were lots of little extras that were so nice. Spices in the cabinet, extra facial tissue, hangers in the closet, and beach towel and toys. There was some maintenance going on at the property while we were there but that is expected in the off season. The property is very well maintained. I recommend the 3rd week of august when all the kiddos go back to school. We had the pool and beach to ourselves. Such a great trip!

We were pleased with our accomodations, cleanliness of condo, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings and overall surroundings for our weeks stay in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals. We would highly recommend this unit.

This place was awesome for our family of 4. Plenty of room. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean in the morning. And loved watching the lightening storm at night.
It was also very nice to have beach access and enjoy a less crowded beach. My kids loved the beach & pool.

What an awesome location. We're all about the beach and this condo didn't disappoint. Beautiful view of the ocean from the condo balcony and a quick walk past the pool to the sand and the ocean. The condo was nice, and suited our needs.

This is the sweetest condo. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Good restaurants near by. The beach is beautiful and not super busy. Great heated pool. Super easy communication with the host. Plenty of ite.s in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Condo with a wonderful pool(my kiddos favorite part) walking distance to park and Chases(closed for our visit), but would be so nice to walk down to once it opens! Some people mentioned beach stairs were closed, but they have installed brand new ones now.

We had an amazing time! Perfect location with lots of places to eat at. Very nice beach! And an amazing pool to enjoy with a view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, and had a nice kitchen. The beds were nice and as advertised. Also the property manager was very nice and easy to deal with. We had to book this on short notcie because of other issues we had renting a place. She accomidated us on short notice and everything turned out to be very nice.

Wonderful location in spending time at New Smyrna and great being up from the drive on beach with small children. The pool is also very nice with a separate kids pool. Very comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the deck.

The condo was very nice. It was also clean. Only problem was that there were no washcloths so we cut up one of our own tee towels the first day and then went to Walmart and bought some. Also no dish clothes and only one dish towel.

The condo was nicely appointed and clean with a great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were adequate towels and bathroom supplies. We had no complaints or issues during our stay. The beach access was closed, but there was access down the car access adjacent to the condo building.

This condo was exactly as listed. The kitchen was well-equipped, great view from the balcony, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Our family has been vacationing in NSB for decades and this condo building is one of our favs! Walking distance to several restaurants, secure location, beautiful pool area and plenty of green space for active kiddos. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous Host!
Nicole is an excellent host! Very quick to respond with any questions you may have including restaurant recommendations, check-in procedures, etc. Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was equipped with supplies - including both plastic and formal dinner plates, wine glasses, trays and even paper goods which made it nice to take advantage of the condo's grill area.
Even asked if we could get a new coffee maker and she ordered one and we had the next day - we are coffee lovers and love to drink it on the porch in the morning. Thank you for hosting us!

Beach Vacation with our Grandson
Our family has been coming to Point East off and on for 45 years. This unit felt like home! It has been nicely updated and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ocean and pool views from the patio were awesome. We saw dolphins some mornings. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Pointe East! The views were wonderful and the room was very nice. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of space for the kids to sleep. Everything was nice and updated. The pool was perfect and the kid pool was the perfect size. The park next door at the beach access was the perfect bonus - my kids loved it! Will definitely be visiting again!
