My family stayed here to attend a game at Camden Yards and spend a long weekend in the city. The location was great - a nice walk to the harbor area as well as the ballpark and quiet for sleeping. The space itself was incredibly clean and Bailey has thought of EVERYTHING a family might need for their stay. Have a baby? There is a stroller and baby gates are located throughout. Have an older child? There is a range of things to keep them busy from magnets to Legos, board games and books. If you forgot anything, they have extras of things thoughtfully provided. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Bailey was very responsive and all around a fantastic host! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Baltimore is a beautiful city and being so close to the inner harbor was amazing. The first night we walk to the American Visionary Museum and watch their outdoor movie night. It was so fun! Also don't miss the cute farmer's market and Museum of Industry. Found our fav foodie spot a the Outpost right around the corner. The place was clean and cozy. It was so nice to all have our own spaces and bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Needed a place to stay for a lacrosse showcase twenty minutes south. Short walk to restaurants and a very quiet and safe community for my boys and I to stay. We loved the two full bathrooms and the division of space on different floors. Parking was a non-issue as a little walk was fine:)

The house was lovely and located in a really cute, walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants. It’s also a short walk to the harbor. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We appreciated the snacks after our long drive from Ohio. The host, Bailey, was responsive and helpful when we had questions. To ease your arrival, I would recommend asking for a map of the parking area or list of streets in Area 9 in advance. We found plenty of parking on Covington, which is just a block away.

This home is extremely well appointed, and has tons of charm. The location could not be better. For those who like to self-cater, the kitchen has everything you need, including some snacks and breakfast items. It was an absolutely lovely place to stay, and I will definitely plan to stay here again for future visits to Baltimore.

Our second time staying at Bmore Charmed. Despite being close to busy areas of Federal Hill, the street and property are very quiet making for a good night's rest. Works perfectly for our four-person family. Our kids are young adults and don't mind sharing the second bedroom with its two twin beds. Communication with the owner is great, and I appreciate that the kitchen is stocked with coffee and tea and, this time, a few apples and oranges were left for us. Nice touch!

We absolutely loved this home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was very cute and quiet. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and we were able to get an Uber within minutes anytime of the day or night. Bailey was a great communicator and there were lots of nice extra touches. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our trip to Baltimore! The house was in a great location--very safe and an easy walk to lots of locations. We had everything we needed--linens, kitchen items, etc. We do not have small children, but there were a lot of items in the house that were available to use which would be so nice for a family with younger kids (toys, stroller, etc). Parking was easy to find with the parking pass. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

This is a great property, in a great neighborhood, close to so many restaurants and attractions. The place was very clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Bailey is a great host - very helpful, easy to get a hold of and provided some wonderful recommendations. She also had several nice little touches throughout the unit that were appreciated. If we ever find ourselves in Baltimore again we will definitely stay here!

We have a wonderful few days staying at this property. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and has lots of charm. Bailey and Mike were friendly and communicative hosts and were understanding when we accidentally tripped the alarm system. It's a great location, and we enjoyed easy access to the Visionary Art Museum, restaurants on Light Street, the Inner Harbor, and the light rail system. We hope to stay again and highly recommend this property.

Great location to the Harbor and downtown. Cozy space with decent amenities, has a family feel. Design is urban living so tight quarters but in the warm days the rooftop is great and in the cool days, the bedrooms are cozy. Perfect for 1 + 2 (2 youth, 1 adult, or vice versa)

Stayed here for a conference around the corner at the Outsider Art Museum. Row house was sunny and bright, immaculate, and amazingly cute. Neighborhood was convenient to many things and fun to walk around. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very lovely and well stocked. The location was safe and quiet but there were great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were in town for a convention at the Convention Center and the walk was easy each day. Bailey was great and the commutation was excellent. I look forward to staying again.

In for a long weekend to attend nfl game on Sunday. Bailey was extremely communicative with any questions! We were able to walk to the stadium and other great sightseeing adventures! Thanks so much Bailey! We loved our stay!

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend, 2022. What a great location. Many great shops and pubs and restaurants within walking distance, the Cross Street Market, Federal Hill Park and the American Visionary Art Museum. The Inner Harbor is just a few blocks away. Fells Point was just a short Uber/Lyft ride away. The property itself was very clean and spacious. We had a great stay and would definitely look for this property again the next time we stay in Baltimore.

Easy walk to Inner Harbor, Little Italy and Fells Point. Lots of dining options by Cross Street market. Nice location and beautiful property. Didn't need a car to enjoy all that Baltimore had to offer. Area was quiet and safe. Bailey was helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything.

Second stay for us!
I was born and raised in Baltimore and for the second time booked this amazing place within 6 months of our last stay. We have many friends and family in Baltimore and love love love staying at this location. Perfect setup for our family of 4, which includes teens. Everything was perfect and we will continue to book again and again for our yearly visits.

Wonderful experience! Property was exactly as described - very clean, nice space for a family of 4. The street is quite narrow and parking can be a bit tricky but the parking pass is good for the whole neighborhood so there are many options for street parking. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baltimore.

Beautiful row house in prime location!
We had a wonderful time at this perfectly located, spacious, and clean home. We came into town for a wedding and the host was kind and helpful for our crazy weekend. There were plenty of places to sit and relax, the beds were like clouds, and the location is within walking distance to Federal Hill, Cross Street Market, and the inner harbor. If you are looking for a taste of the Charm City this is the place for you! The home is also kid friendly.

Great location. Easy walk to the harbor and Camden Stadium. Bailey was quick to respond to questions, checked in on us during our stay, and even went out of their way to look for some items we accidentally left behind. Great neighborhood with tons of restaurants all close by.

Great location
We had a great time staying in this Federal Hill row home. The location is great and you can easily walk to the inner harbor. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. We easily found parking and appreciated the parking permit we could use. The street was quiet but it's very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Baltimore.

Beautiful Fed Hill home
I grew up in Baltimore and needed a great location for a wedding weekend. This is such a beautiful property. We walked everywhere, close to restaurants, museums, the Harbor. We have teen boys and the layout was perfect for our family of 4. Come stay at this wonderful home. You will not be disappointed. I’m looking forward to booking again.

perfect spot with privacy plus near everything!
A really well-laid-out property for folks to share (I was traveling with a colleague from work) - 2 BR & 2.5 baths - we each had a half of the upstairs. Walking distance to lots of great stuff including the harbor. I was worried about the street parking but we always were able to get a spot right outside the front door.

Comfortable for the four of us
We are a party of two adults and two teenagers. The property was a good size for us and very conveniently located. There were no problems parking either of the nights we stayed. The property has several child proofing features to keep kids safe near the stairs, etc., but none of that got in our way. If you have small kids there was a book case with toys and books for the little ones.
