Wonderful condo. The unit was bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the view from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view of the ocean really is amazing. That being said, the whole beach was closed due to pollution. The whole reason I booked this place was so I can go to the beach that was right outside my door. Instead we had to drive 45 minutes away to a clean beach. The condo was spacious and pretty clean but needed a few repairs such as the blinds in each room. There was a safety issue with the windows. They open outward at the bottom of the window which is about 6 inches from the ground. There's no screen and we were on the second floor. Our toddler could have easily fallen out the window. We had to make sure they were closed and locked. Unfortunately one of the windows had a broken lock. So we couldn't let our toddler out of our sight which was stressful. The pool was too cold to swim in. The elevator kept breaking down. There was no parking for taller vehicles. I did like that they had carts for you to use to take luggage to your room from your car. TV's worked great. Beds were comfortable. I really like the oversized couch in the living room. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Right on the beach, the pool is supposed to be quiet and you'd be fined if you were loud at the pool. A little dated on the amenities and was hard to find the correct parking spots because the paint was so faded.

Perfect location!! Beautiful beach and pier views. Spent hours watching surfers and sunsets. Lots of restaurants, bars, breweries in walking distance. 18 min drive to Coronado, zoo and airport maybe 20 min. I was concerned that it is very close/adjacent to Tijuana, but was a very safe neighborhood. Very walkable My only criticism would be, there was no salt or pepper, no coffee filters, not a piece of paper. Most vrbo places we stay leave a few of these things that the prior visitor left for the next. A small thing. We sent someone for morning coffee at the nearby vendors daily. We made Christmas Eve dinner there, and there was ample cookware, which was great. Also 3 gas grills (in line) , were clean and worked great. Overall, a great find and I highly recommend!!!

The property was in an excellent location! Didn't understand why there were limited supplies in the condo. Two rolls of tissue and one roll of Paper towels for four woman was not enough. At a minimum we atleast expected salt and pepper to be supplied.

This property was absolutely AMAZING!!! Very clean; exactly what we needed as far as space; convenient and gorgeous location! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!!

Location was great but the whole condo unit needs remodeling. Broken blinds, chipping paint, dirty carpet. The entire outside of the building is so run down. Most of the balconies are trashy. One even had a toilet on it. We have stayed here several times but the quality is going way down. Will be looking for a new condo for our vacations. Really sad to see

Overall this was a great rental property with an excellent view of the beach. It was walking distance to the pier and many coffee shops and great restaurants. The condo was a perfect size for our friends (2 adults and 1 tween) and our family (2 adults 1 tween). Love the comfy couch and tv. The interior was clean but a bit dated else it would have been 5 starts.

We were only here for a couple of nights, but loved this place and the neighborhood in general. The views from the house are exactly as advertised. The house is well equipped and everything you should need. The neighborhood has lots of places to eat and drink, including a couple of local breweries. Overall a good beach town, with all of the basics shops you would expect. Great access to Coronado from this area is you are interested. No complaints here, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Convenient location Condo was spacious and well equipped Quiet except when children were staying above us. Master bedroom and bath especially spacious and lovely

We were very pleased with how tidy it was. Just a couple concerning things were regarding the broken shutters.. it gave the entire place lose a little bit of elegance. The paint was peeling from the toilet seat, so that made it look kind of nasty, almost like you didn’t want to sit on it. Other then that, the directions were very clear and getting through; in and out was a breeze. Thank you so much! Will definitely consider this again!

Our entire family enjoyed our stay in 206. The views of the beach and sound of the ocean waves can't be matched. It was such a peaceful trip and we look forward to coming again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We would definately go back again. They even have the wake boards and beach chairs for you. They have a fold away wagon, that comes in very handy for luggage and beach times.

Stayed 6 terrible noisy days had family kidds running back and forth bamging until 130 am every night amd woke up same thing at 630am i called management complaint said they would call tenants never heard back a word from Anyone very unhappy 😡😡😡😡

Definitely could use some updating. The bathroom sink had a handle missing. The shades you couldn’t open well because of the strings and handles. Garbage disposal had a smell. When we got there a plastic bag was in the disposal. The furniture was very comfortable and the location was great.

We’re paying for a place with a view and we couldn’t even raise the blinds they were so old. If you had fans ceiling or floor you wouldn’t need to run the air. Maintenance was timely in response to broken microwave and frig. If frig was left on for incoming guests it wouldn’t be a reason to call. It takes forever to cool down. Excellent parking

The location was directly on the beach and right by the pier. It was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. There were all the kitchen amenities including a dishwasher- all the pots, pans and dishes needed. There was a full size washer and dryer so we could wash and dry all the bathing suits. Communication was great and check in was super easy. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back!

The pictures do not do this property justice! Furniture was in great condition and super comfortable. We had such a great time enjoying the balcony and listening to the waves each night. There are so many places in walking distance to that made it easy to explore. The process of booking and checking in and out was a breeze! Any questions we had were addressed immediately. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Imperial beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!! We had a couple of minor appliance issues but the management coordinator was wonderful about making it right!

We were looking for a beach getaway for our anniversary and had never rented somewhere you could overlook the ocean. Usually beachfront is too expensive. We found this condo which was a little more affordable and decided to go for it. Overall we loved it. This condo is on the second floor of a building right on the beach. There is no direct access to the beach, but the balcony overlooks the beach, pier, and playground. We couldn't have asked for a better view. The location was also close to some small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Make sure to check your email for instructions on parking. Ours is a gmail address and went to "Junk," so we didn't see the initial instructions and got a little confused. The parking is gated and you receive multiple garage door openers. An elevator takes you almost just outside your door. Due to Covid, we couldn't try the pool or other public amenities, but they looked nice. Overall a nice place that was pretty affordable. The only cons were that furnishings were a little sparse and a little uncomfortable. Some of the blinds needed work, which we reported to the management group. The internet/TV wires in some areas were a bit messy. It was well worth the cost to us, and the bed was pretty good. So we overlooked the other things and really enjoyed our stay. It just seemed like some things inside could use a little more love and attention. Overall, we'd stay again and didn't regret our choice. We loved our time listening to the ocean with the windows open. There's nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves or watching the sun set over the pier. It was a wonderful time.

It was surface cleaned, but there was a candy cane (I assume from last year) in the kids room in plain site. There was sand in places a vacuum could easily fit. It is a pandemic and surface cleaned is insufficient. We washed all plates, silverware and glasses. Your place is lovely, your housecleaners are not doing you or your guests a proper service.
