Hôtel bien situé, chambre confortable, propre, personnel très aimable et serviable

Great hotel in an amazing location. The rooms were so spacious. They even had a great bar.

I think the place was great. I don’t think I would change anything.

Excellent breakfast and wonderful location right in the new waterfront district. The staff were friendly and helpful - I ended up here only because of cancelled flight, and although the hotel clearly had many last-minute guests in the same situation, the staff were handling it all very smoothly.

The bed was a bit soft, but I guess that's a personal preference. There was also a bit of noise from the trams outside the window, so the sound insulation wasn't as good as I would expect in such a modern building.

Location is amazing , staff friendly and breakfast sensational.

Very nice and clean hotel. I loved the gym. The breakfast was out of this world! Location is optimal with everything in reach.

I was disappointed with how small the room was (room 257) but it grew on me and I slept well. So all in all, good.

To say that the room side is like a shoe box is to say nothing. It feels smaller than that. People who have claustrophobia cannot stay here. On top of that room, windows are right in front of the bus/tram stop, so closing shades is a must (unless you want to do some Red Light District show), so it feels even more enclosed and smaller and a hard-to-breath place. Additionally, the air conditioning is always on and the max temperature is 22 C, it is too cold and too noisy for my taste.

The single room is so small that there is no closet where you can put your things. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy.

Comfortable room in a central location convenient to most attractions. Probably the best breakfast buffet in town if not in Norway. Incredible!

The breakfast, as advertised, was superb. Our room was well designed; it also had a balcony. We enjoyed our stay there. If I come back to Oslo, I will stay here again.

Zentral gelegen, geräumiges Zimmer. Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet = noch nie eine so reichhaltige Auswahl gesehen!

Der Reinigungsservice im Zimmer hat am 1. Tag diverse Materialien wie Gläser, Rührstäbchen etc entfernt und nicht ersetzt, am 2. Tag wurde gar nicht geputzt. Es gab kein (Haus-)Telefon im Zimmer = um die Rezeption zu kontaktieren wäre ein teurer externer Anruf nötig gewesen.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and attractively furnished.

Two things that seemed to be common in most of the hotels that we stayed at in Norway. Very little closet space and a window that opened just a bit.

The superior double was quite small so we upgraded to a junior suite which was much better.

Breakfasts were excellent. Many choices including freshly cooked pancakes.

The lighting in the room caused us some problems — too clever by half.

Located close to the main train station in Oslo, a 5 min walk with cases from the stations side exit. In a newer business area but there are bars and restaurants close by, some facing over a harbour area, and its only 10 minute walk to the city centre. From our arrival the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, and this continues with the evening bar staff and next days breakfast staff. Our room was clean, spacious and modern with a large comfortable bed. The large smart modern bathroom had a good walk in shower. Breakfast next morning was very good with a vast range of options. Based on other guests we saw it appeared this was mainly a business hotel, with some tourists like us. We passed through for one night before flying home, but both agree it was better than another Oslo hotel we spent a few days at the previously week, and we would consider using this hotel again if we ever return to Oslo.

Nothing bad noted, all good.

Everything downtown within walking distance, way above average breakfast buffet, coffee pods in the room.
