Location; unit size. Washing machine

In floor heating couldn’t keep it warm. Service had to deliver supplemental heating unit. No decorations.

Good location and great to have the extra space in an appartment.

Dark room with internal courtyard and steps to bedroom. Entry and lift area dirty.

A perfect place near the centre of Oslo. Easy to walk everywhere. Quiet, clean.

In the shower there was no shelf where we could put our soap/ shower gel - it was very inconvenient to pick it from the wet floor....

Location was good for getting around and close to train station

Could have some tourist information and local information

It was self contained with an excellent kitchenette. There was a generous sitting and dining area. The location was great, walking distance to the main rail station and surrounded by places to eat. It was only a short walk to the Munch museum and public transport

Although the lift was perfectly fine to the floor there were quite a lot of different levels and fire doors to negotiate with cases to get to the room

A huge apartment, nicely laid out. Clean.

Poor lighting and availability of sockets for hairdryer etc. Too few towels, no shower mat or hand towels. No shower gel or any small touches, basic amenities.
