This property is exactly what the pictures and majority of reviews list: nice updated house with plenty of space for 5-6 people. We enjoyed our stay here. The door code worked and we were able to enter on time with no issue. The house was clean, all the rooms looked like they did in the pictures. There is a lot of decorative statues, china etc. like the photos show, it wasn’t an issue for us besides one tall statue we moved because of the dog. The kitchen was nice and updated and outfitted fine minus any measuring cups or hot mits. The yard was in good shape and very useful for a dog. The location is close to the beach, groceries, and we walked to Cova the local coffee shop as well which was cool. There are just enough pillows and towels for a full house. If you want more than one pillow per person or beach towels you should bring extra. There is also only space for two cars in the driveway. We emailed Christian about a previous review that mentioned bed bugs and he replied quickly about the issue. The house has been inspected and cleaned with no issue. We did not see any bugs during our stay.

It was so nice and I would definitely stay again!

We were planning on staying at the house from Saturday until the next Saturday but we checked out after only staying for one night because we found bedbugs. When we got there on November 18th we also found dirty towels and a steak knife in the dirty clothes hamper. Evolve travel gave us a refund but we are still waiting for our 310.00 dollars service fee from VRBO.

PROS,LOVED THE HOUSE BEDROOMS WERE LOVELY CENTRAL AIR WORKED GREAT IN THE LOWER LEVEL. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS HAD THERE OWN WINDOW UNITS THAT WORKED FINE, VERY LARGE LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA KITCHEN WAS ADEQUATE AND EVERYTHING WORKED,NICE BIG BACK YARD FENCED IN FOR THE PUP.OVERALL GOOD... CONS FLOOR HAD SOME DOG HAIR IN SPOTS NOT FROM OURS AND WE SPOTTED A COCKROACH IN THE KITCHEN AREA WALL THREE NIGHTS IN AND KILLED ONE IN THE UPSTAIRS MASTER BATHROOM LAST NIGHT WE WERE THERE

It would have been nice if it had been clean and there was no old food in the refrigerator and when you called the contact to inform them they would have actually cared and came and addressed the issue.

The location is walks from the beach. The backyard is very family friendly with a play area for children and adults. Nice patio for cooking and lounging. The refrigerator did not work at all. Someone came out the first day and bought a mini frig but we were there for 4 days and it did not hold all of our items. We end up wasting a lot of food/drink due to this. Bring your own towels if you have a large group. IMO there are too many decorations. Sitting at the dining table, you could not see the person in front of you (there were 8 huge pieces of table decor). Also, be careful on the dining room table rug. It is raveling and needs to be replaced. Several of us almost tripped multiple times. Not all bedroom tvs are equipped with cable/firestick/apple tv.

Home was extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only concern was the gas was on in the outdoor grill but I’m sure the owner didn’t leave it that way. We had no issues so I didn’t have to communicate with the property manager.
