The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect.

The hotel restaurant only had one server and one cook for the entire building so the wait time for any food was very long.

One of my bed pillows had a big stain which looked like dried blood on one side then on the other side it looked like a black stain that looked kind of like soot or oil..just looked gross 😔

Excellent location at the ODU campus. Parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The signage could have been better. We went around the block past it because there was no sign for the entrance.

The location was perfect! We saw Toby Mac in concert and literally walked across the street to hotel!! Everything was AWESOME!!

no trash cans, rug not clean, the old touches are not there, like me not finding out that the TV has info that used to be on paper. I don’t use TV. couldn’t get off the sofa once seated.

Hotel was in good shape, staff was friendly, breakfast was great, location was perfect for visit to ODU, beds were comfortable, ample pillows.

Calling these rooms suites is not accurate. They are larger than the average hotel room, but poor design means weird walk-through from bedroom to sitting area, and there is no door, so you can't get away from noise and light in sitting area. "Kitchen" area is small and only has microwave. Room had smallish window and ours looked out at brick wall. Bad luck for us, but added to the kind of depressing feel to the room. TV picture was in bad shape too.

Need better pillows, ours were too short & uncomfortable. Standard size or even king size (for king bed) would be perfect. Hot foods at breakfast were cold

great location to what we needed but home ODU football game got in the way. if I’d been in town for that I may have liked it more

cold shower. Yeek. no hot water. hopefully a fluke but burr….
