Easy to park
Shabby and uncared for entrance
No flexibility on check in times
Suggested we cancel our stay if we couldn’t make check in times knowing full well we could not get a refund

Nice old home. My youngest son had asthma, but thanks to Robyn for putting us into a room that has no carpet. Also, the room had more space for us families of five no air-conditioning, but Robyn gave us the second fans. The owner and her partner are lovely, bathroom, kitchen are clean

Location was excellent. We walked into town for dinner. Gorgeous grounds and fabulous wrap-around balcony where we sat in the early evening.
Despite being a B&B no breakfast is on offer mid-week. It was very cold. There was a heater in the room and extra blankets were available on request, however hosts do not live on site (we were warm enough in bed overnight). TV and heater were unplugged in living room but we managed to watch a bit of TV before bed rugged up in our snow gear.

Our room had paper thin walls and as it was located next to a shared kitchen we were woken each morning at 6 with early risers getting breakfast and loudly washing up.

The location was in a quiet, tranquil location with very nice gardens around it. The view from the balcony was wonderful looking down over the town. we were greeted by the owner and made to feel very welcome and were given the history of the Guest House, which was very interesting. Was a delightful place to stay.

Easy to find the property
*Very uncomfortable bed - the mattress was really bad
*Paid cash to stay but no receipt given
*Amenities are dated and not very nice - wet floor in the bathroom and no soap to use
*I always rate based on if I would stay again and I would not - as there were many events in the town accommodation limited and this was available
