The set-up is basic, however, everything was really good. The balcony would be great to watch the sunset (I was out each night at that time), as we watched the sunset from the same direction where I was at.

The light on the TV (presumably something to do with the remote) was in my face whilst in bed and I had to hang pants over it. Not the property's doing but google maps gives the impression the entrance is from main (Sydney) road but the actual driveway is off the side street to the roundabout.

It was nice and clean and we loved the gardens.The attendant was very nice.

Some rooms are renovated but most aren’t. One of the beds was missing the wheels so the bed was quite low. It was more dirty then usually - we stay here every year. There is now a fee to use the bbq area. Apparently it is due to the inflation and because of additional cleaning. The area was so extremely dirty and full of spiderwebs. It was disgusting. I don’t think that it has been clean since we’ve been there last year.

The rooms have been updated and we’re tidy and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was super helpful too!

The room we were in was closest to the highway and was quite noisy, but not to the point it interrupted our sleep. The outside of the property looks very dated, including some very old play equipment. Updating this would be a huge draw card for families.

It was very clean,comfortable and the double bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty and varied.

Unfortunately, the single bed mattress was very hard to sleep on.
