Thank you for having us! What a lovely property. It was clean and modern. The living area was a great size for the 8 of us. The only thing was that the upstairs bedroom had single beds, which seemed a bit smaller than what we expected, and that room was quite hot (middle of summer). Otherwise, this was a fantastic place to stay - very peaceful, and June had great communication throughout.

We stayed here for my wedding and it was a great place to stay the night before to get ready for the big day and a great place to stay for our first night as husband and wife. They house is just beautiful and you walk in and it feels like home. It’s a great location for both access to Te Awamutu and Hamilton and the whole feel was just amazing! Thank you!

Great place to stay for a larger group

Beautiful house and location. Only a minute out of town, it was nice to stay somewhere we didnt have to fight for parking space and looking at other houses. Very relaxing. And great wide space for a full house of people.

We had a great time at this place. We wanted something that was centrally located for WW Cup games and it fit perfectly. Beautiful area, comfortable home. Only detraction from a full 5-star would be that some of the rooms don't have closets and the home isn't really setup for winter temperatures. Other than that... highly recommend.

Served our purposes very well, nice warm cosy home allowing plenty of room for our party of three couples with one baby, but still be together as a sleepover for two nights rather than a holiday. We did see a lot of the owner walking around outside the house en route to his farm and back, so the ladies were reluctant to indulge the nice bath that was situated in the laundry, so used the en suite showers instead. Being tank water supply, this proved better for water conservation, but it did look like a nice option available. No complaints as such, would definitely like to stay again

Amazing home that made me feel like I was visiting my moms place. Cozy and warm, with period style decor. Situated on a stunning little pice of rural farm land, with plenty of parking. The lawn is well kept, so be sure to keep off the grass. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find in the dark, so if arriving after dark be sure to keep a keen eye open to spot the entrance and be very sure to slow down when approaching. Overall a great home away from home, with a touch of Mum.

We- all six of us had a wonderful experience. We were primary school friends, high school friends, university friends. We wanted a relaxing, charming, peaceful location where we could wine and dine for the 3+ days. Splendid views, solitude, spacious. Trissaro Lodge had it all. But we struggled in one area. There were some great cooks in our group, so we celebrated with fine dining. But at every meal, we used every plate, every platter, every wineglass, every bowl, every baking dish. We beat the cream for the panacotta with a fork - by hand for over 50minutes. No whisk, not enough serving utensils, not enough plates, not enough cups. We truly used every item in the kitchen, Our only request is for more kitchen utensils and serving plates for the more domestic/culinary style guests. But we loved our time and would love to come again.

The lodge is beautiful. We loved staying here for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful home, large enough for the six of us to have our own space. A lovely benefit of its location was looking out at the paddocks, sheep and cows.

Ww stayed for the weekend with some friends. Great place to relax yet not too far from Hamilton city.

The farmhouse was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, clean & had lots of luxury finishes. We thoroughly enjoyed & stay.

Property was just as described in the listing. Family and I had a great farm stay with the highlight being the cows and sheep at the back fence.

Traveling with my daughter, her husband and 3 children, 8, 6 and 3 can be problematic when it comes to suitable hotel accommodation. Discovering the wonderful family suite with you made our stay in Auckland all the more enjoyable for everyone. The children didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for the personal touches for them. Some of us were just off a long haul flight from the UK, needing a couple of days to recover from jet lag. This place was ideal - well furnished and comfortable, and very clean. The rural outlook was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and stunning views! We are workers of an early childhood and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We come from a busy city, so it was amazing to wind down. The place itself was to die for! spacious rooms and the cleanness we couldnt fault. We can't wait to come back!

Beautifully renovated country home with full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Perfect for our group of 8 adults, down for a local event. Host even provided eggs fresh from the hen house.

A perfect house for us to stay in before our daughter's wedding and a very convenient location. The wedding party were able to prepare for and have some beautiful photos taken in the house. We appreciated the vintage styling and memorabilia. The only downside were the unstable dining room chairs.

Beautiful house with a great peaceful location.

Property was clean, tidy and welcoming. Delightful outlook. Electric blankets on the beds were turned on and place was cosy. On the negative side we were a party of six, however there was a shortage of some plates ie main (odd ones) and dessert and glasses didn't match. Luckily we had bought our own wine tasting glasses. We missed having scales and measuring cups when we were baking. Over all we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

This Home is the perfect stay for a big family with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a beautiful loft area for the kids. The outdoor area was stunning and a very peaceful area to sit and have your morning coffee.

Large enough for all of the whanau. The location was ideal with the country backyard. We all appreciated the comfortable beds and incredible showers. We will be back again.

Lovely accommodation, relaxed and homely, super handy to hamilton, kids loved the loft and checking on the chickens. Would stay again - also want to transport this old gem of a home back to our farm haha! Thanks for a great stay.
