Have stayed there before and as excellent as always.

Bigger TV for the kids (but we took the portable projector and had that as a 100" TV on the wall).

Beds were comfortable.

Very small room with two double beds (albeit comfortable) and no room for any other furniture eg. chairs, table or desk. Worst aspect was the tiny bathroom with access by 150 - 200mm high step. Shower was accessed by another 300mm high step. Utterly unsuitable, and dangerous for anyone let alone someone with a physical impairment - My husband fell getting into the shower grazing his arm and bruising the side of his head. Reserved parking was too expensive and access to the rooms from the park was via labyrinthine corridors. An upgrade to the hotel is way overdue.

Right in the middle of town, a great choice of where to eat

The room was clean, close to everything, coffee in the restaurant is very good

The halls are solid Brick, you get woken by every noise and chatter bouncing off the walls, and the staff in the morning in the halls talk loudly withoutregard to people sleeping. Buffet breakfast is expensive compared to the normal menu. I personally would be ordering off that.

location was great, however the car park and outside guest parking was so tight and hard to navigate when two cars were trying to go at the same time with no where to pull over with the one lane driveway. Room was easy to come and go and close to elevator, beds were really comfortable.

The view from the room was a dirty roof and the drain in the shower was quite smelly. There was no curtain, just a roller blind and odd door grate on the window which swung really far out and was in the way or blocked mirror. It’s a sleep only kinda room, too small to spend a lot of time in

No security, windows didnt close or lock, NOISEY NOISEY NOISEY... SHOWER RECESS LEAKED CAUSING A FLOOD IN BATHROOM...not clean, uncomfortable bed, very small room and bathroom. Leaking air-conditioning causing loud dripping noises

Booked a king-size room for $50 more than the basic, only to arrive to be told that the room we'd paid for is not available so put us in the cheapest room! Not happy at all..

Location great. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Bahn Mi Vietnamese over the road was really good. Lovely walk to the river opposite the hotel. Convenient parking

the bed was really hard unfortunately. a soft mattress topper would be handy!

Made to feel very welcome from arrival until we left. Had breakfast at the Sisterfields Restaurant and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Rooms exactly as described & spacious.
