Very clean and comfortable room for 4 person- children very happy because of the bed.

The staff were lovely and exceptionally cheery and helpful! I felt really welcomed and the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for 3 people and their respective luggage. I liked that the hotel was conveniently located across a huge supermarket and that there was lift access directly to the carpark - this also made coming back at night fairly convenient yet still secure when there weren't staff at the counter.

Two small things: unsure if it was because we didn't press the sign properly or if it powers out when our card isn't in the slot but the room was still cleaned even though we tried to put the "do not disturb" sign by the door. The other is that the fridge is too small to include both our items and the provided items that come with extra charge. We didn't know if it would trigger a fee if we took the items out.

Everything looked new, room was big and clean. Enjoyed the stay.

a bit small rooms

we spent one night here. Wonderful welcome and every thought has been put into traveller comforts at this hotel - from parking to water pressure in the shower (excellent by the way). we ate well and slept well.

Small and calm hotel. Very very nice personnel, always helpful with attitude to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to Stephania, who gave us so many information about what to do around, tons of advices, and making sure there are always a lot of fruits for a breakfast. She really make the stay at the hotel a memorable experience. The hotel pays much attention to keep the rooms clean. There is no problem with parking space and market is just in front of the hotel entry.

Wifi range could be improved on the highest floor.

Very nice and modern hotel, run by a very friendly and helpful lady. Our room was sparkling clean and very comfy. Everything looked like new, including a modern aircon behind a picture frame which I have never seen before. Good breakfast downstairs with yummy cakes and very good hot chocolate. Elevator from parking area to rooms. Highly recommended.

Breakfast and location were excellent. We usually parked right next to the elevator which could be entered from parking. Being handicap this was excellent. And our room was close to the elevator on the third floor. All meals in the dining room were very good. My friend brought along his telescope and had fun showing other guests are town folks views of Jupitar and Saturn through the telescope after dinners. During the day we made trips in the Casentino Valley and to both coasts.

The beds were a little narrow for large people. A pitcher or cartoon of cold milk is needed for those having the various cereals offered at breakfast. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

Breakfast was great, lunch, wine and limoncello also very good. Room was very nice and spacious.
