Convenient from euston station

Noisy on the ground floor rooms due to being directly above underground, trains running frequently.

Closer to public transportation points and comfortable ambience

Rooms pretty compact

The location is OK if you know your way around (we do). Walking distance to Camden Market and close to a tube station. The bar is OK, but not inspiring. There is a flatscreen TV, but you have to ask to have it turned on. As it is guests only the ambience is depending on day form.

Our room was on the second floor with no lift. It was VERY small. You could just about move around the bed and that was it. We literally had to wait for each other to get 'out of the space I intend to occupy next'. Due to the space constraint there was no fridge, so drinks brought to the room remained at room temperature.

Great location near to Euston station and good value for money.

No window in room, so no natural light and also felt a little cramped. Could hear the trains running every 10 mins or so, but got used to it after a while and they stopped about 11pm.

The location is very central near Euston station. The West End is within 20 minutes walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better.

Location was fine

Windows and windows curtains looks like was not cleaned /washed up from few years. All floor in the hotel is a old carpet stinks cooking oil. In the toilet you have slide door but you need to lift them up to slide.. sink in the toilet is broken.

The bed was very comfortable

I got the deluxe room and it was so small, the bathroom door didn’t lock properly as the door and lock wasn’t aligned properly, the drywall was falling apart in the corners, one light switch (for the mirror) didn’t work and there was an LED light about the headboard but didn’t work and was peeling off.

Unfortunately hanging up with tape (literally). The window was broken and taped up. The toilet seat was completely detached. The shower handle was barely hanging on. The hairdryer only worked when finding the right angle for the button to work. The room was way smaller than expected and even the covers of the nightstand lights decided to leave the place. A pity because the staff is awesome and the location perfect. Unfortunately no English breakfast available

It was very good value for the money, rough around the edges but got what you paid for. Clean and staff very friendly and helpful with allowing to drop bags off.
