They are very good people and helede me a lot. Google maps gave me wrong direction could not find the apartment and i called and they helped me. There is a cleaning lady she helped me so much. How is very clean. I was very comfortable like i am home. Kitchen is shared and it s very clean. Fridge is very nice , clean you can put yoir food and you can make shopping from süpermarket. Also there is a pizza Shop under the building a family runs it s very deliscous food and very cheap. One Spice margarita pizza huge it s 2,00€ Only. House cleand so beautiful and breakfast is ready every day. Also there is an extra place in the bathroom for cleaning your bottom with water. I loved it. I am muslim and the öner of the place should show this for muslim customer

The room was perfect for our short stay. Warm and cozy and clean, also with a nice view over the window. We loved the bed, super comfy.

Maybe a bit far from city center, even though 30min is not a long walk.. but not very suitable for winter time, as it was freezing when we visited end of January.

Excellent location, within one bus ride from Bologna Centrale. Very quiet place and only a 15-20 min walk from the centre with all the sightseeing locations. Very clean, comfortable, simple breakfast but enough (biscottes, jam, butter, nutella, yogurts, milk, pear juice, bottle of water, brioche, tea bags and pod coffee), air conditioning, towels provided with soap and shampoo. Lots of little of attention to details to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend as very good value for money

Our aircon unit turned on, but didn't really cool the room at all, which in 36 degree heat was not ideal. It was very hot in the room. The location is a bit out of Bologna centre, so takes 30 minutes to walk in. Bit we did know this when we booked. Breakfast was a few long life items, in the room and in a shared fridge. So nothing fresh at all. An ongoing issue we have had in Europe. We've come from New Zealand and chosen not to get cell network or wifi packages while in Europe. So properties messaging us on the morning of the day we are due to arrive are missed, meaning we arrive and no one is present to meet us. The rooms are not sign posted at all; so impossible to find without someone there . Messaging a day or two out would help. We also don't always know our exact arrival time: we get delayed by traffic etc

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good and the whole room was clean. The balcony was also nice to have in the summer heat.

The air conditioning didn’t work which made sleeping in the height of summer unpleasant (there also wasn’t a fan provided). The location is quite far out from Bologna, it is a brief taxi ride but given the state of Italy’s taxi strikes this is very unreliable and the public transport doesn’t quite reach the location. Advice for people booking: There is no sign outside the building so it is very hard to find. Ring the host when you get to the main building who will give you instructions on how to get in. Suggestion for the listing, if not already there, please add this description to the booking.com listing as it was quite confusing.

Very nice room, big, clean, modern, with bathroom and small breakfast, clean, comfortable beds. There are many restaurants, supermarket and bus stop close.

I had to pay a small £3 per night tax in Cash to the host
