Apartment was clean, in a good location and well equipped. Communication with Zita was fast and effortless.:)

The wifi wasn't working on the second floor, only on the first floor.

Wonderful house and location

The house is everything what we looked for, really cosy, spacious, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The house also has private garage which is great, because you’ll definitely need a car on the island. The host is super friendly and helpful! you won’t regret booking this accomodation! 😀👌🏼

The house is on the steep hill, so equip yourself with patience 🤪 but this is not a negative part, it’s just something to have in mind (the whole island is like that)

Zita's house was great, much better than we expected from the photos. It is very spacey, new and clean. You can feel it is equiped for living, not just renting so you get all the comfort you may need. We enjoyed the terrace with sea view and also watching the planes landing. The other balcony is great for enjoying calmely evening sun. It is easy to get anywhere by the main road and the Santa Cruz Beach and supermarket is just 5 minutes away.

Let me start by saying the owner of this property went above & beyond to help me after our transfer was messed up & the original driver dropped us off on the wrong side of the Hill . Nothing was too much & when we arrived the two lady’s responsible for the upkeep of the house where still at the property to help me . The house was positively gleaming . A real credit to the team looking after the property . The house is beautifully furnished , extremely well fitted out . It had 2 full bathrooms & also a toilet downstairs . Two Balcony’s with great views & a fab terrace overlooking the sea . The bedrooms where stunning , super comfortable , everything you could ever want in a holiday home stay . Lovely lounge & great dining opportunity’s even having an outdoor grill . The location for us was great , near to the airport and a short hop into Santa Cruz . Even better for those who drive & Hire a car . Non of us can drive and initially I thought we would struggle but the owner put us in touch with a great taxi driver who we could phone at any time who helped us with days out etc . we could see the runway from the house but could hardly hear any noise at all . I love planes so for me it was a dream . We had an amazing week a Zizi’s place & I would definitely book again to stay at this wonderful home from home . 5 star stay .
