Location suited us as a lovely walk by the river was close by. It was quiet, warm and the owner was friendly. The facilities we needed were available. No problem parking. Bed is comfy and all the kitchen utensils we needed were in the room.

The couch is not opposite the tv.

This was a great place to stay. It was simple yet had everything we needed to self cater and enjoy the local area from. The owners live on site and were therefore on hand for anything IF you did need. Although we needed for nothing, Julie was always a pleasure whenever we bumped in to her.

The fact that you confirmed that with Genius, breakfast was included. 4 Smith Street has always been self catering, forcing us to buy in our own breakfast food.

We loved that the cottage was in the middle of the town with shops and walks right on the door step.

They are friendly hosts with a clean and well appointed cottage. we loved the river walks, got a tasty take out from the chippie pendra’s and the town seems interesting. Only a short stay and they were really accommodating to our changes due to the heat and our dog!

A beautiful little cottage in a little mini-street setting. Well equipped and clean with plenty of towels and kitchen equipment.

Great sized room with all facilities, including a big fan, brilliant in the hot weather we had. Access to shared outside space for eating was a bonus when friends visited. Very quiet location tucked away off the main street. We were made to feel very welcome, including our dog. Very central location, close to the river and cafes and restaurants.

The location was central to the whole town, easy to start a lengthy riverside walk or to visit any of the eating/drinking establishments. The owners were very friendly and gave good recommendations.

It was perfectly situated in the centre of a lot of places around 30 minutes from a most activities shops two minutes walk away same with all the food you want

This cottage is perfectly located for the town and is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Parking is secure. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
