Turquoise Place was absolutely perfect. Details of the property and amenities exceeded our high expectations. There were activities and experiences for every age group from young to senior adults. The property was clean and updated in every area. The celebration of July 4 was over-the-top amazing. From star appliques on the sidewalks to music and fireworks.
Our unit exceeded expectations as well. The unit was clean upon arrival and included all the amenities needed for our large family. A commercial size fridge and freezer was perfect for our large grocery orders. The large gas cooktop and the gas grill on the balcony made it easy and enjoyable for us to prepare meals. Two dishwashers and even a stand-alone ice maker were pleasant surprises. The hot tub on the balcony was nice when we weren't quite ready for the beach, lazy river or pools. The property was highly rated even with our teens - there were plenty of areas for them to enjoy without leaving the property.
EVERY Turquoise Place staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend Unit 909D and Turquoise Place. We hope to return again in the future.

This is our 2nd time staying here and other than the master bed being way too hard, everything else is awesome. My grandson wants to live there!

We had a marvelous time at Orange Beach and in the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and the size and location perfect. We were disappointed with the cleanliness-the sheets and floors were not clean, some beds not made, The showers had no mats and no grab bars so not safe. The hot tub was great but no steps to get into it and the kitchen was not clean- dirty counters, dirty and broken dishwasher(it fell out of the cabinet).

The condo was extremely nice and had everything you could possibly want. The main issue we had was with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were not cleaned, the windows had little handprints and larger ones on almost all the windows and all of the beds had sand in them. We understand its a beach but two beds had to be rewashed before we could sleep in them. We found leftover clothes under the beds too. The stove top wasnt cleaned and had splattered grease on it. Just disappointed over the overall cleanliness especially with the cost we paid for cleaning. The gas grill was broken which was a disappointment. There was a great deal if wear and tear of the condo. The curtains had holes, light bulbs were blown, furniture stained. The facility was clean and nice and enjoyed two pools! Enjoyed the extra activities that were provided to the guests and loved being able to park on site. One of our guests were handicap and the condo was easily accessible with wide doors and spacious room.

The property is fantastic and is well laid out. Our condo was great for our family it had plenty of room for everyone. However if you can have 14 people you need to have at least 14 forks, spoons, bath towels and wash cloths. The unit is is need of some updates the range hood isn’t operational the fridge and freezer is very hard to open you almost feel as though you may pull it out of the wall and the living room furniture needs cleaning. But overall we were very satisfied.

appliances need work - both freezer, fridge and diswasher move all over the place. could use some new cushions on chair and loveseat on patio - so there are actually a "cushioning" affect. Some leaking under fridge, and in one of the bathrooms. One of the beds had no top sheet. A bit lacking in kitchen equipment. While I realize any glass that holds wine is a "wine glass", 2 traditional wine glasses for 9 adults is a bit lacking. No peeler, which we purchased (I believe we left it behind for future residents. And, ongoing issues with hot tub.

The guy who owns the property was very communicative and nice, no issue with him. One of the two hot water heaters were broken upon arrival, with wet carpet leading into the master closet. It took a full day for maintenance to show, then telling us they’d get it replaced at least by the next day, we never heard from them again. Not the end of the world since the other hot water heater worked. But really my biggest complaint was lack of towels and blankets. The towels not only seemed old and thin but the bare minimum was given, 2 per bathroom with no extra - this just seems stingy and ridiculous when you are spending this amount on your stay. In general there were a good bit of things that just looked old and dingy, they could spend a little money replacing broken lampshades and ripped decorative pillows etc. and the place could easily go from a 4 to a 5!

We really enjoyed our stay here in April 2023. It was a little chilly, but the advantages of this property are the indoor pool and the heated lazy river. Our kids (ages 5 to adult children), really enjoyed the lazy river. When it was too cold or rough to be in the gulf, everyone still loved being on the very beautiful beach. We had plenty of space in the unit for our family of 12. In the past, we have stayed in homes or condos that had bunkbeds that were questionable in their safety. That was not the case here. The bunks were nice and sturdy, as was the rest of the furniture, both inside and on the patio. Rafi was an excellent communicator, and let us know prior to our stay that there would not be a hot tub on the balcony, and offered to refund our money in full if we wanted to cancel the trip. We kept the trip as planned, and were so happy we stayed in this complex! Check in was easy, staff there was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been to TP a handful of times but this was our first time a 4 bedroom unit. We were blown away with the accommodations, including incredible views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living/dining areas.
The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Property manager was friendly and prompt to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed the week after Christmas and really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Very spacious with room for all eight of our guests. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. This was a week to remember!

What an amazing condo! It so spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the whole condo, the balcony, the building and amenities (especially the lazy river) and perfect short walk to the beach. Thank you for a great time!

The property overall is great. There are a few repairs that need to occur and there was an issue of an injury and it took several days for someone to finally respond with a plan or a concern with an incident report filled out and only after I had contacted VRBO who contacted the owners. I rented two units and the other unit was a dream and I could contact the owners myself

Turquoise Place and this corner unit is great for larger groups! 4 bedrooms/5.5 baths, and VERY spacious living area. Rafi was very communicative and the checkin process was super easy, same with check out. Having a unit with an outdoor hot tub was awesome
Just a few things to consider.
1. The mattresses are pretty thin and uncomfortable. By the 5th night, my body was starting to hurt.
2. Nothing comes stocked except for trash bags. Keep that in mind for laundry/dish detergent and bring extra TP. Each bathroom got one roll.
3. No grocery items can be left behind, so shop strategically lol.
4. All of the plates/bowls/cups are glass. It may be helpful to bring some of your own items if you have kiddos

Loved all the space in the unit for our large family! I might suggest having extra pillow cases on hand for the extra pillows in the closets. Also seems like there should be a few extra parking spaces provided for a unit this large. Otherwise it was perfect’

This condo was amazing. Absolutely huge space for the price. The Maintenance Manager was a gem!
Kids loved both the pool and the lazy River options and the adults loved the beach access.

Great trip
We had a great time. The property was as expected - clean, great size for our group and beautiful view. Had one minor issue that was handled immediately and one weather related incident that was taken care of in reasonable amount of time. Property owner and manager were excellent to work with. Now if the weather had been better it would have been perfect. I would stay in this unit again.

The unit itself had a couple minor things that could use updating, but nothing that hindered our vacation. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the hot tub on the balcony, and Rafi communicated immediately and sent Joe that maintenance guy up within the hour and got everything up and running in the same day! Would highly recommend this unit!

I was told where to find bulbs so I could change them myself. I was also told they couldn’t clean the furniture because it would take to long to dry! Sheets were dirty. Smelled heavily of bleach and I was told it was a Covid problem. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable . Per instructions when leaving was to wash and dry dishes and put them away. This should not be done by the tenants as you are not really sure if the persons before you cleaned them properly. I was told the cleaning person spent 6 hours cleaning before we arrived. I can hardly believe this!The condo was advertised as a good, clean place to stay. I’m not sure by whose standards it was cleaned by. I will not stay here again. Turquoise needs to monitor more closely the rental companies to be sure they are meeting certain guidelines.

A lot of things we're broken like a the garbage disposal so I'd stick my hand down there and pull out food that's been there before I got there, The knobs on the stove, doors that want to stay shut and latch, the hot tub turn green, no linens for the living room pull out couch, No pillow cases on my bed. My son got a rash from being in the hot tub on the deck. I was told that the hotel was going to get some maintenance after I left I wish I was told. I have stayed before in a different unit and loved it so but this time I had to be constantly checking doors to make sure they were shut so my children didn't run into them.

Bachelorette Trip
I wanted my daughters bachelorette trip to be a first class experience for her and her bridal party with plenty of room for everyone. I was honored that she wanted me to go as well. The condo was extremely spacious but needed several repairs. The hot tub was not in working order, several bar chairs were broken and knobs on stove were broken as well. These issues could definitely be repaired with no problem and would consider booking again. We love Orange Beach and love the Turquoise!

The condo was BEAUTIFUL, just like the pictures but better. Rafi was a great host and dealt with all my questions within minutes. Plenty of space for our 12 guests. The bathrooms were very impressive - each with their own special touch. I loved the Master bathroom - the shower - the tub - the toilet- EVERYTHING. The view was amazing - Wrap around balcony made the views even better- Beach - The Bay - and The City Lights all in one.
Would definitely recommend and stay again for large group.
Minor Cons:
the hot tub was out of order but the other amenities made up for the loss.
The Freezer door and the sliding door are difficult to open but we finally got somewhat of a method .... Sliding door was just heavy but what do you expect in a condo like this - no shabby stuff
The curtains could use some updating but they blocked the sun so they performed their duties.
