The property in photos seems new but actually it’s old may be renovated. Although property is big but seems very old. Need to upgrade. There is no parking facility there Among our USA trip we paid the highest amount for very few days for this property and got disappointed.

The windows are stuck and hard to open and close. Some don’t have window at all coverd by the small net. Poor Ac system not working at all. And the stand fan was so dirty that which makes us sick. There is very poor lights in house seems very old and never changed. In the night very poor light in house. The floor is wired even though walk normal but makes so sound and we always got complained by down tenants as she has distributed the property in 2floors. Which is always challenging to bring ur luggage and other stuff up and down. better families with kids avoid to rent this property. Bed was so uncomfortable and old.

The bathroom pop up drain was broken and drained VERY slowly, the second bedroom electric outlet did not work. Indeed it is a very old two story that has seen better days. In the upstairs apartment you're required to wear slippers that are provided, not good for older feet that require support. I'm guessing from all the creaking floors that the lower unit deals with the noise. Not a terrible apartment by California standards given that a pack of gum costs $10.00 LOL.

I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting, the location is amazing the house is located in a quiet street, good restaurants and cafes close to the property- we had an amazing time!

Great location in a very nice neighborhood next to Berkeley. Only 8 mins walking distance to BART which takes you directly to San Francisco downtown. Nice shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The appartment is on the upper floor of the house which includes one more appartment on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, two living rooms (one with sleeper couch), and a kitchen with a small extra room for eating make the appartement really very spacious. Very nice contact to the host. Extremely well equipped kitchen.

It is very sunny, but sunny is also the synonym for hot. No a/c could become an issue on very hot summer days. It didn't bother us.
