Interior was updated and clean. Valet parking was safe and convenient.

Location was marginal. Most staff members were helpful and accommodating, a few were not.

I loved the complimentary bike rental with helmet and lock and used it multiple times. There were designated bike lanes pretty much the whole route between the hotel and campus.

The Wi-Fi is so slow, the tv in our room disconnects all the time.

The complementary coffee at the reception stole my heart. The internet was fast, and I enjoyed working in the lobby. The coffee machine in the room was well-stocked, and I used it a lot. Free-to-use beautiful cycles were also an impressive addition.

Valet parking is an extra expense I don’t usually pay for. The neighborhood required it.
