Phenomenal property with amazing views of the Atlantic and the bay. We had an absolutely amazing time. We had the best view of July 4th fireworks from our balcony. The Apt was super clean with modern decor and fully equipped. The amenities - gym, Private beach and pool were great. It was not very busy which was great during COVID. Always had front row at the beach and do not have to wait to get the right chairs. We had a wonderful two weeks and would love to go back

This luxury Condo on Singer Island does not disappoint. The condo is well appointed, and meticulously kept. Great views of the ocean and inner coastal. The property has a beautiful private beach, two pools and hot tubs. It also has an onsite restaurant, as well as other establishments in short walking distance. The Ritz staff are extremely helpful and the owners were genuinely interested in ensuring our family had a great experience for the entire stay. We look forward to coming back here again, and again!

Excellent property - 2 great pools and right in the beach. Gym and other amenities are first rate and the staff is extremely friendly. Our unit, 1705b, had great views, was extremely, well appointed and the owners could not have been more gracious hosts. Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay at Greg & Carolyn’s condo was amazing! The location is top notch, it is well appointed & clean. You have use of the well equipped gym, 2 heated pools and a restaurant. It was so amazing, we extended our trip a few extra days. They were very receptive with any questions we had. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the well-appointed kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. It felt like home and I definitely felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Carolyn and Greg are 5 star hosts. She checked on me throughout the stay and was very quick to reply with any questions I had. The staff at the Ritz was second to none. I am already planning my return to stay in my new “home away from home”. Loved every minute. Thank you, Carolyn and Greg.

We recently enjoyed our fifth visit at the gorgeous condo of Greg and Carolyn Shaw. It is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. The fully equipped kitchen is super convenient and luxurious. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The views overlooking the ocean front and Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular. Amenities include a large deck side pool, an oceanfront lagoon pool, two whirlpools, a poolside restaurant grille and a state of the art fitness center. The property has its own beautiful private beach. There is a 24 hour concierge service available and ample parking. Located between Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens you’ll find many 5 star restaurants and 1st class shopping. The Ritz staff members are extremely polite and very attentive. Finally we must acknowledge that Greg and Carolyn Shaw are great hosts and very attentive and responsive to your needs. This property was beautiful as were the amenities. The service in the building and at the pools was excellent making for a very relaxed vacation. Carolyn and Greg were very helpful and available to answer all our questions. I Can recommend this rental property without reservation.

This is the first time we rented this unit, although we have stayed in other units in this building before. This apartment was beautifully furnished, exactly as said in the description. The view is spectacular of the ocean and the Palm Beaches/Port to the south. The kitchen is extremely well appointed which is great for people who like to cook like us. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed comfortable. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the den has a pull out couch one of our teenagers slept on. The building amenities are wonderful and the staff extremely attentive, learning the names of our children, fixing the theatre when the DVD didn't work and in general being very helpful. This is a wonderful apartment to have a very carefree, relaxed vacation. I highly recommend the Shaw's apartment and we will hopefully be returning again.

Our stay at The Ritz Carlton Residence #1705B was simply the best vacation we have had in recent years . The apartment was more beautiful than the pictures reveal. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The facility is a 5-Star building with every amenity you can think of and the personnel is amazing . We simply did not want to leave. We will definitely visit again.

From the moment we opened the door, we were positively stunned by the overall unit. The decor, the views, the overall ambience was just spectacular. We stayed for 3 weeks, and enjoyed every minute. The property was clean, meticulously maintained, and The Ritz staff was, as usual, friendly and responsive. A great place!

Nothing can really prepare you for the moment you open the door and see this unit with your own eyes. It's that beautiful! This condo nothing short of exquisite. The kitchen is well furnished and the complimentary champagne is a wonderful welcome to this condo, but it is the view that takes one's breath away. The view from balcony allows you to marvel at the majesty of God and the ingenuity of man. It is truly incredible. I honestly don't believe the beauty of condo and be adequately captured in photos. You simply need to see it for yourself. But wait....that's not all! As beautiful as this unit is, nothing compares to the staff of the Ritz Carlton. They are warm and inviting people that are always there to greet you with a genuine smile. To say that I enjoyed my stay would be a gross understatement. Greg and Carolyn have a wonderful unit that I would recommend to everyone I know. I look forward to staying here again.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Greg and Carolyn's condo on Singer Island and just like the first time - we totally enjoyed the condo and all of it's amenities. The Ritz staff is incredible in assisting for every request. The beauty of the condo and the views you have from the inside and on balcony are second to none. My family and I will come back to Singer Island again in the future and hope to stay at this wonderful condo. Again - thanks to Greg and Carolyn.

The property at Singer Island is in a class of its own. From the moment you first arrive at the security checkpoint you will be impressed with the attention to detail at the Ritz Carlton. Wonderful amenities! Wonderful private beach! Wonderful condo! Greg and Carolyn are very pleasant to communicate with and they have an outstanding unit. You can not simply appreciate the view until you see it with your own eyes! We enjoyed our week-long stay here very much! There were no problems with the condo or the Ritz Carlton property. The attendants set up your beach chairs for you and there was no work involved! Just relaxation! We were even blessed with seeing a turtle hatchling emerge from the sand and journey to the ocean! There was excellent snorkeling just off-shore in front of the property. The water could not have been more perfect. We thank you Greg and Carolyn for allowing us to visit and will likely be back soon!

From the 17th floor at The Ritz Residences on Singer Island: This residence is stunningly furnished with the best of everything from 3D Sony TV's, Subzero and Bosch applianes to the finest of crystal. Not one amenity is missing. A treasure. With the open floor plan there are panoramic views of the ocean, Palm Beach and the inter-coastal in all of the living areas. From the master bedroom you can see the sun rise each morning in the east and in the evening, as it sets, there is seating on the wrap around terrace giving you a front row vantage point. Pure bliss.

Could not be more pleased with our stay at this property. Everything was first-class: the Ritz property & staff; the condo itself; our interaction with Greg & Carolyn. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch, hassle-free vacation with your family. Looking forward to returning next year!

My family love this rental and really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and clean. We appreciate the champagne very much and made us feel welcome. My kids had already asked to rent it again for next year!

This condo was perfect for my husband and me! We expect only the best and this property delivered for us, providing so many OMG moments when we first entered the lobby and the unit. We had a fantastic vacation enjoying the ocean, city and bay views from the balcony and every room! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home with me and the kitchen was amazing. The pool, beach and area restaurants were excellent and the staff wonderful. I only wished I could have stayed longer.......

We have stayed on Singer Island for many years in the past, but never at such a beautiful place as this condo. The condo is stunning iteslf. The views are second to none. The Ritz Carlton staff was so friendly and helpful as was Greg and Carolyn. I would highly suggest that if anyone is considering Singer Island - to please consider this wonderful residence as it works for all age groups. We hope to be back in the future.

My husband, brother, and sister-in-law had the great pleasure of vacationing in this pristine, stunning, comfortable, roomy condo, with breathtaking views in every direction !!! The staff was remarkable, the experience, one that we will cherish for a lifetime ... The infinity pools took our breaths away, and there was an abundance of attractions .. Our dream is to come back and re-live the best vacation ever !!!!!

We are frequent vacationers to the Ritz on Singer Island and have found the property and this particular unit to be our 'little piece of paradise.' We have had the opportunity to reside in a number of units within the building, however we find the Shaw's unit to be one of the best by far. The southern exposure of this home is striking from day to night and the consistent breeze CANNOT be beat. The unit itself is equipped with everything you need and the décor is downright beautiful. The owners are always warm and welcoming and always make sure we feel right at home. The resort, amenities and staff are first class. We have built a relationship with the Ritz staff over the years and they consistently take excellent care of myself and my family. We are already looking forward to next summer in our 'little piece of paradise!' :)

Without a doubt,the best experience we ever had! From the time you pull up to the door the" Ritz experience begins. Valet your car, bring your luggage to the door,show you a short cut to the shops, no problem! Then as you enter ,words cannot describe this fabulous place.Their is nothing that Greg Carolyn over looked. Hi def,HBO showtime in 2 rooms.Cutlery,pans,we even found ear plugs. We walked around in awe of all the details that was here.you could sit out on the veranda all day watching ships,para sails,and wind surfers! Downstairs 2 of the most magnificent pools,cabanas,plush towels,hot tubs, it goes on and on. If you are lucky enough to rent this you won't regret it...Fran&Bill

The pictures do not do this place justice. We spent three weeks at this breathtaking condo. It was beyond our expectations. I cannot more highly recommend this property. You will be sad to depart when your stay is over.
