The family absolutely loved the pool - that was the highlight of our family vacation to Tennessee. We had to contact the property manager upon arrival and he was easy to get a hold of and took care of our questions promptly. We had plenty of room for our extended family trip. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We definitely rent again if we ever come back to the area.

This is our 4th year doing a friends vacation with a group of ten and this house was one of the best! It was extremely quiet location and the house had everything we needed. It was clean and the owners provided several extra items that other houses do not. The outdoor pool and hot tub was the highlight of the trip. Would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Nashville area.

The outside facilities (pool, fire table, animals) were awesome! Couldnt have been happier. The inside of the house needs a deep clean. The baseboards and windowsills were noticably dirty and the bakers rack above the stove was so dirty that we cleaned it.

The property was great! We all enjoyed the pool and the spa and it was a quick 30 min drive to Nashville. We are already talking about making it a yearly trip (except next time we may not even bother with Nashville) Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning house and property. Every room was stocked with everything you could need. Very comfy and cozy atmosphere. Pool and hot tub area was incredible. Property manager was responsive, helpful when needed, informative. Fantastic experience all the way around.

This property was beyond perfect to host my friend’s bachelorette party! There are no quiet hours, the pool is awesome and the hot tub is HUGE! I would 100% stay here again! We will be talking about this property for years to come!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning on staying in the Nashville area! Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are just perfect for a family gathering! We will be back for sure!

The absolute best 5 days we have had! Everything was PERFECT!! The house was fantastic! The pool house was perfect! The pool and hot tub were unbelievable! The cows grazing in the pasture were the perfect background while hanging at the pool!

This was a great family place. Pool was used day and night. Had everything we needed. Maybe an instruction sheet on the hot tub. Maybe a few updated pictures. The Cabana was a great addition. Our daughter, son in law and 2 teenagers stayed there. Was fun having the cows to watch and fishing in their pasture was fun. We had a very fun family vacation. We would definitely come back.

This property was amazing! The land and animals were beautiful, the house and pool house were warm and welcoming, and of course the pool and spa were great. The hosts were excellent communicators. We had a group of 11 adults stay here and a great time was had by all.

We have stayed at several larger homes with inground pools with our family, but this pool is the best! The design offers something for all ages. It was heated and salt water. There is no diving board but that was fine with us. It was extremely hot so the kids and a couple of adults only used the hot tub once but it very large and looks like fun. The house met our needs and was clean snd attractive. I loved the stained glass windows. The pool house smelled a bit musty. The couple using one of the bedrooms used the master bathroom in the main house for showering but that was not a problem. The kids loved seeing and feeding the alpacas. The alpacas and cows hung around the pond most of the time because of the heat. The grounds were not really that nice for playing whiffle ball., etc. but the view was amazing and calming. This home is on a farm. The cows right up to the house but I think because a gate was left open. They were not a threat at all. Communication was always available with management.

Our only complaint was there was no communication or response for concerns addressed upon check-in regarding garbage bags, toilet paper and maintenance issues regarding popped nails in the pool house that our grandson caught his foot on. This rental was beautiful! We loved the animals and how far the house was set back. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everyone talks about wanting to stay here again!

The absolute ONLY downfall is it took about 45 minutes to get to downtown Nashville, other than that everything was perfect .. despite the drive I would still choose to stay here to have the experience and fun things to do on property. There’s a little town probably 5-10 minutes down the road where we went a few times for breakfast and lunch & they have any essentials you may need. The owner was even nice enough to let us check in early ! Highly recommend ! (Pool wasn’t open for our stay since it was March/April but we will DEFINITELY be back for another stay when we can get in!!)

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were a group of 11 and ages ranged from 3 years-70+. The house had an open floor plan which worked out perfectly when the whole family was gathered together. The cabana was a bonus for us. The grandparents were able to have a place to retreat to when the kids got too loud. The hot tub was amazing and easily accommodated all 11 of us. We used it every night and the kids thought it was the best of the trip. We enjoyed feeding the alpacas and walking the property grounds. It was a great family trip where we could all unplug and relax. Definitely reccomend! **Todd was quick to respond when we needed assistance.

The house was excellent for hosting a guys golf trip. Plenty of room, pool and swim spa were awesome. Views were amazing. Would rent again.

This home was perfect to accommodate our large group. It had everything and more that we could have asked for during our stay. The only downfall was the drive to Nashville and the visit by the mouse, which was rectified by the exterminator the next morning!!!

Beautiful, fun, clean, and comfortable beds! 2 future suggestions: a map of the property to help guests understand where everything is, and spray for bugs! We had a pretty major spider problem in the pool area and pool house in addition to A LOT of stink bugs. This is a remote property and bugs are to be expected, but the spiders in the pool area were attracted to the water and were EXCESSIVE. Outside of the bugs, it’s a great place and I would recommend!
