It is well located. 4 minutes walking distance to one of the main shopping centres and to the well known Benfica stadium. Despite being so close to these two places, it is still a peaceful place. Nice view from the windows. 3 minutes walking distance to the metro station and a perfect scheme of public transport (buses). Large and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen with a calm view. There is plenty of sunlight from both sides of the apartment which makes it more enjoyable. Beautiful Portuguese tiles covering part of the walls of the apartment, as well as beautiful works of painting.It gives an extra pleasure while you are relaxing your coffee. I would suggest Nuno to have a welcome pack of some coffee, tea and sugar for the guests at their arrival. It will be the icing on the cake.☺️ Nuno, the host, did everything to make me feel at home. Both the host and the lady who does the cleaning are very attentive. I will definitely stay again in this apartment when I visit again Lisbon and will recommend it to others.

Great communication, check in and the property was mostly as advertised

The property didn’t have EV charging as listing. This is VERY frustrating for EV owners and is inconvenient and stressful. Why advertise a facility that isn’t available?

The location was good, but that's why I chose it. I had an operation booked at Hospital da Luz.

Money had been lavished on things such as the ornate tiling and decor items - paintings, bowls of useless items such as ostrich eggs or dried flowers. But the shower was almost unusable! Yes, there WAS a shower and telephone style shower head. But there was no way to attach it to the bloody wall! We had to jam the handle of it into the rail and let the water hit at that level. It couldn't be moved or used otherwise. WHY? How much would it cost to drill and fit a simple holder for the shower head? Just so STUPID to spend money on things that barely benefit the guest, then deprive them of an absolutely essential facility! The living room /dining room furniture had not been measured or planned well. There was barely enough room to squeeze past one end of the second sofa. This shows little concern for the comfort and convenience of the guest. The dining table and chairs took too much space, so it was very difficult to get around them, especially if someone was sitting in one of the chairs. Again - poor measuring and planning. Not a cheap accommodation, and I expected better. No shelves or storage places in the bathroom to hold cosmetics. Two huge, expensive bevelled mirrors - salvaged from some place old. Result? The mirror over the basinwhere one needed clear vision was clouded by the yellowy discolouration that often affects old mirrors. What's the point of that? How does that help a guest trying to put in contact lenses or apply makeup, for example? There was just no "joined up thinking" on behalf of the guest in this apartment. The ugly metal school-type locker in the bedroom was totally out of place. Why not a decent piece of furniture? And the door to it wouldn't close, so someone stuck a couple of pieces of folded cardboard in, which instantly fell onto the floor when you opened the locker too put in your belongings. Again - just no idea in this world of the standards guests require.
