The property is clean and well maintained. So close to beach that we couldn’t expect anymore. We found everything in the house that we needed. We were very impressed with the cleaning protocol. Balcony views were fantastic and the family enjoyed morning and evening chats sitting there. Above all, the host was very approachable, within minutes we had a response to our request and query. Thanks Sandy for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

This accommodation is fantastic, it is exactly as presented on Stayz, it has a very homely feeling and the view from the large upstairs balcony is wonderful. There are lots of extras and Sandy the host is excellent, thank you so much for the wine and chocolates. The accommodation certainly did exceed our expectations.

Superb location and terrific house

This property has everything a family would need. The configuration of the rooms is perfect. There is a space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The host is super responsive and so thoughtful. We even had Lindt chocolates and a bottle of wine left for us which was a lovely surprise. All in all a lovely home away from home.

Beautiful house, very close to beach, and so close to everything. Kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. Host is so kind and helpful. Definitely will come back.

So close to the Beach, Parks and Shops, so once here no need for a car. The house and cabin provided space for our extended family to gather for the Easter Break with enough room to be together and apart if needed. Travelling with babies can be tricky and this house accommodated them extremely well. All facilities were very clean and comfortable and made to feel more like a home than a holiday house. The little extras (including the Wine and Chocolates) were immensely appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The veranda was enjoyed by all morning, noon, and night with most meals being eaten there.Sandy was simply amazing throughout the whole process, from booking the stay, arranging a payment plan, answering questions prior to arrival and prompt replies/action to queries whilst there. We feel she went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.Our family had so much fun in this little piece of paradise.We all would love to go back.

Fabulous - would book again

We were so blown away number one by the location, right on the beach. The house is huge with 3 outdoor seating areas. The top floor has an amazing view of the surf. So many beds and 2 seperate TV areas everyone had enough space to play together and find solace. It is a short 5 min stroll to all shops inc woolies Aldi BWS and a number of excellent take away shops there is no need to cook at all even though it has a fully functional kitchen downstairs. We had lunch next door at Margarita Daze which had incredible views all the way back to Palm Beach and a well priced seafood menu that ticked all the boxes. The area was quiet yet central. Sandy the owner was so helpful and friendly. We couldn't rate this higher and it changed my idea of what Umina has to offer. We can't wait to come back and stay here again and make this a tradition. We were 3 seperate families (3 mums and all our kids) Value for money and happy kids ages ranging from 2.5 through to 15 even with no internet. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Fantastic location a stone’s throw away from Umina beach and a short stroll to shops/restaurants. The house is exactly as described and pictured, spacious, clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend brekky on the balcony, soaking in the sun and listening to the waves crash. Sandy is an excellent host. Quick to respond to all my queries and even gave us a late check-out so we were well-rested for our long drive home. Wine and chocs were a lovely surprise. Thank you Sandy, looking forward to our next stay!

Such an accomadating host, who was so flexible. Gave aus a late check-out, so my little one could nap. The property has a super close proximity to both the beach and shops. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was our second stay in this house in 2 months. Each time we have been here, the more we fell in love with this house. The house has got everything you need. It’s clean, perfect location and under good management, whom we found very cooperative.

Great weekend away for our end of season cricket trip. Extremely well positioned in Umina, right on the beach and supported by anything you may require all within a stone throw. All the facilities and inclusions clean and very suitable to our needs. Thanks again Sandy, Earl
