This is a wonderful home! Peacefully decorated. Grocery store next door basically. Quiet. Spacious.

This is a great location if you are visiting ETSU and close to restaurants and shopping. Property manager communication is top notch with quick response. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I and our adult son stayed here and found the property to be perfect for the three of us. It was very spacious, comfortable, and safe. The hosts were great in communicating with us, too. Our only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars) is the bed in the primary room was not very comfortable.

Location is great! Easy access to the mall, downtown, grocery stores and much more. A very nice place truly did feel like home with a comfy environment and the area is super quiet! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Property was very clean and well decorated. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was the beds were both uncomfortable.

The property was just what me and my two children needed for a long weekend in Johnson City near family. Convenient, clean and had just the right comforts of home. Nice to have the two full bathrooms so my adult children could both get ready at the same time…no arguments. Lol. We truly were not there much…but when so, it was just what we needed. Thanks for the quick change in dates for us too…everything worked out great!

Close to my family, shopping and I especially enjoyed walking trail at Willow Springs park.

My husband and I rented this condo in town so we could visit my sister and her husband and her two married daughters. The location was excellent. Since it was wintering it might be icy and snowy, we didn't want to be on the outskirts of town.. It is close to all kinds of shopping which we appreciated. The decor is lovely in the house and the kitchen is well stocked. We really liked the code on the door as we didn't have to bother with keys. It was super clean as well! We think you will enjoy this place. We did.

We had a very pleasant experience at our VROB in Johnson City this past week. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and clean and nicely decorated. My only wish is that the fireplace had been working. Everything else was great including the proximity to the upscale Food City for our groceries!

We were very pleased with our stay. Two nice sized bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath. Comfortable living room, kitchen and half bath downstairs. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Two parking spaces at the front porch. From this location we found easy access to the area around Johnson City. It was quiet and comfortable, but still with nearby access to grocery, gas, food, etc. Owners are easy to reach and attentive to needs and questions. Much better than hotels we have been to lately. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't hear traffic noise or any noise from the neighbors either. Check-in could not have been easier- we got a text saying the condo was ready and we opened the door to a beautiful, spacious and CLEAN place to stay. Everything we needed was provided plus so much more. We took advantage of the Visitor's Book the hosts have created and enjoyed so many things around the area we might have never discovered on our own. Just a note, and this will obviously change with every new guest that comes and goes, but consider checking the pantry before you head to the grocery store to grab your necessities. We were blown away by all the things previous guests had left behind- flour, sugar, cooking oil, spices in the kitchen; nail polish remover, cotton balls, q-tips, etc. in the bathroom. We had already been to Target and bought our stuff, and of course, we ended up having to leave a lot of our stuff too. Just something to consider! We really enjoyed out stay and plan to book again in the future!

The property was more than we expected. Very, very clean, modern, everything we needed was provided. High quality. Quiet and safe complex, easy access to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely stay again!

We booked this VRBO for a wedding weekend. I chose it due to proximity to a wedding venue as well as it's size, pricing, and overall aesthetic. The property was immaculate and the owners were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Kitchen and bathroom had extra amenities which was really nice. This property was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

Would definitely recommend staying here! Very clean, great communication with hosts and they answered all my questions, nice area and close to things, plenty of room and there were 6 of us total, we had an almost 2 year old with us and lots of things on sight that we did not have to pack and bring with us, overall great place to stay.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Great for short stays. Appreciated the snacks and beverages.

The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located to our daughter.

This was a great spot for us to venture to both Johnson City and Jonesborough in our hunt for our new home. Great restaurants just minutes away. Comfortable bed and great linens!

There were 2 beds at the property and a blow up mattress, but there was not bedding provided for the blow up mattress. Disappointed that there were not sheets and blankets provided for the mattress. We had to take a large comfortable off one of the beds and use it on the mattress.
