bedsheets could be cleaner. place bath mats on the bathroom floor, they are very slippery.

I stayed there for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were polite and prompt in providing for me.

The only thing that bothered me was they should have provided a room heater since the room got chilly during the night because of the freezing Gurgaon weather during Jan.

Hotel staff should have maintain hygiene and cleanliness on common floors. All chemicals and dusting products are kept outside the room door. Staff are doing personal things which embarrassed the family member. 1 AC remote was being used for all the rooms. toiletries could have been improved
