We are yearly visitors. Last year we did a hotel. For about $150 more we decided to spring for the condo. Trust me you will be happy you did. Big comfortable 3 bedrooms a beautiful full kitchen and a pool right off the patio. Felt safe at night. They have security driving around all times of the day. Easy check in and check out everything is very simple. Looking forward to our next years trip.

Clean property, very spacious, all necessary amenities. 5 minutes from beach, Broadway at the beach, restaurants and the Ripken Baseball facility. We will definitely consider again next time we are in the area.

What an exceptional stay we had!!! This place is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming! Only issue we had is that we were only in town for 2 nights for a family event and couldn't stay longer. Myrtle Beach is beautiful and we would love to visit again soon. When we do, we will check to see if this condo is available (though with how beautiful and overall wonderful this place is, I am surprised anyone would look to stay anywhere else). Close to everything in a very quiet community. MANY THANKS!!!!!

It is the second time that we stay at this condo and this is the best you can get, fully loaded kitchen(pots and pans) none of the others condo that we rent in the past 10 years is coming close to this, we will be back again.

3 bedroom, 2 bath unit convenient to pool, centrally located in MB. Owner provided lots of kitchen pots, pans etc. Owner provided comfortable furniture & restful decor. Unit well stocked with linens, and other suplies.

Itbwas very clean and easily accessible. I really loved the layout. The only issue would be the walkway light shines into the middle bedroom window. May want to consider a black out curtain. I would rent this condo again and have recommended it to my travel agent.

Very Nice and Spacious place to stay. The kitchen bar was very big and perfect for laying out a breakfast spread. We enjoyed sitting at the large kitchen table to chat, eat and play card games. the bathrooms were clean and just the right size for 6 ladies to share the two bathrooms. The community pool was nice, it's on the small side but was perfect for us to sit by and take a dip to cool down. It was perfect for the purpose of our trip.

My family came in for my mothers birthday and we needed extra room to house them all. The rental was clean, roomy and in a great location. We would definitely rent it again!

Light comes in at night making it impossible to sleep! Curtains could fix that problem. An intruder walked into the unit while my wife was alone. He pushed the bathroom door while she was un there. She screamed and he ran out saying something she could not understand. We tried to report the incident to security but he was no way to be found! Another thing we found annoying was we could not sit outside on the patio because there were no pillows for the hard wrought iron chairs. The bed in the master bedroom was too high. My handicapped wife could not get in the bed even with the stool. The beds in the other rooms were small. We were not comfortable at all. Would not rent this unit again.

Bugs everywhere and condo was not clean
Spacious but roaches were crawling everywhere and also in the refrigerator. We had to go to the store and buy bug spray. Linen had stains all over them, the condo looked nice but need an exterminator, because it was a lot of bugs that we had to kill.

Our family stayed a week here and loved it! The host was incredible and the location was incredible! We really enjoyed our stay! I think the only downside was the upstairs neighbors walking around but even then it was too bad! We decided if we make Myrtle Beach our summer vacation spot we will probably rent Thai house every time!

It was very convenient to be able to park so close to the ground floor unit. The only downside of the ground floor unit is having to tolerate the guests stomping in the unit above. However, we chose to focus on the upside and that was the great parking, great location and comfort of the newly renovated condo. :)

Wonderful location with lots of room to relax and a short drive to beach. Didn’t use the pool but it’s only steps away. It was surprisingly quiet in the complex on a holiday weekend with easy parking and access to the golf course. Great place, comfortable beds, and very nice furnishings with everything we needed.
