I really enjoyed my stay in South Carolina, very clean home that had all essential that we needed. Check-in was easy and someone is always available if you need to talk to someone.

I can't say enough good things about this home and the owners! Amazing place with very responsive owners that care about their renters! Go ahead and rent it!

This VRBO destination did not disappoint! Not only was the house and property exactly as listed, it was spotless clean, the best stocked kitchen ever, and had everything we needed for a week stay for a large family get together. Having the dock right there in the cove made it the perfect location for just jumping in the water and enjoying the lake. We didnt have to worry about boats or lots of activity for our littles to swim. The kayaks and paddles, along with the inflatable floaties were prefect. In fact, we didnt feel the need to go anywhere else! Highly recommend for a family get together that needs lots of bedrooms and space. The house is layed out well, everything is labeled, the extra touches of stocking necessities and having an accessible janitor closet was above and beyond. Best VRBO we've booked.

The house is enormous and has plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. Also many little nooks and spaces to watch tv or read. The kitchen has everything you need for large family dinners. The cove is quiet and easy to get in and out of with a boat and close to great places on the lake to tube and board. The caretakers are very attentive and are quick to reply with any questions or needs. The hill down to the dock is a little steep for older family members. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at this property.

A great find right on the water in Anderson! We had more than enough room for our family and plenty of room for relaxing in various shared living spaces. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood yet not far f on town. Management went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and everything was on. They even left us fresh flowers in the kitchen and called after we checked in to make sure we were happy. Couldn’t be happier that we chose this house for our trip!

Easily accommodated 14 people, with lake front very nice. Good location to interstate and to grocery stores.

This property was astonishing! Everything was perfectly clean, organized, and even labeled for ease of access. I brought 8 other couples with me for an extended weekend work-retreat and everyone could not stop talking about how much they loved the property. We had plenty of space to gather as a group for our meetings as well as plenty of space to spread out when needed. The access to the lake and kayaks was icing on the cake. We will definitely be coming back!

Tina and Mark are great to work with. The home is immaculate and great for a family vacation. The location on the lake is perfect in a quiet cove on a great part of the lake for skiing and tubing.

The property was perfect for our trip. Met all our needs and then some. The walk down to the dock was a little steep but wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Stayed at this house with a group of friends and family and the house was beautiful! Very spacious, nice rooms, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Nice lake view and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house 10/10

If you have a big group, you know how hard it is to find a 8+ bedroom house for a weekend for a decent price. This definitely checks those boxes Pros +9 BR +Close to interstate and grocery stores +beautiful lot +good value Cons -Awkward layout of bedrooms, some connecting and having to walk through to get to others -No cable on the TV even though it was part of the listing at time of booking and stay -threats of eviction if noise complaint received from neighbors after 9pm made even our tame group of adults afraid to even talk on the porch at night Would probably stay here again, just know what to expect.

We had a great time with our family on Lake Hartwell at this home. Tina is a wonderful host. She is great to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy for us. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean and well maintained.

The property was beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time in SC. However, I probably would not have rented this house if I had known about the threats of eviction when the neighbors call the cops if you are not quiet past 9 pm. So, we played our trivia on the patio and constantly reminded each other to keep it down! There were other demands posted everywhere in regards to washing towels, dishes and dropping anything on the floor. It was all a bit over the top and was very disconcerting and I will absolutely inquire next time if there are these types of restrictions. Oh, and my husband repaired your garbage cabinet so that it will close properly among other issues with it. Hopefully, you will reconsider some of your postings in the house and hire a cleaning team after all, we do pay for it. I still gave your property a 5 star rating because the property in itself is wonderful.

The location and amenities were absolutely amazing. However, the host is very hard to get a response from considering they will fine you for a single crumb on the floor. We struggled to enjoy our vacation as we were constantly bombarded with aggressive notes reminding us that there was a fine for everything from a dish being out of place to trash not being taken out. We were expected to deep clean the property before we left but the closet marked “janitor” was locked the entire time we had access to the property. Listing was also misleading as it boasted a hot tub available for use which turned out to be a two person tub in the master bedroom that has jets. Additionally this property has zero accommodations for anyone with a mobility restriction. Even the single downstairs bedroom has steps to get into it. Overall if you absolutely HAVE to go to Anderson for your vacation this was a nice place. But save yourself the headache and hit a different lake house.
