Klidná lokalita.

Nefunkční centrální topení, které hostitelka vyřešila dvěma přímotopy, což nakonec bylo dostačující. Při velkém odběru elektřiny vypadávaly jističe, což ovšem hostitelka také ihned vyřešila. Ubytování je spíše skromnější, vybavení starší, bez televizního signálu, scházel hdmi kabel, abych si mohl s tv propojit alespoň notebook.

A bit far from the best beaches and the capital.

The host is lovely and the apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the location is nice and central to explore Mallorca, car is definitely required. My children were delighted by the secret garden feel that the place has and spent many happy hours exploring safely (there's a remote control gate for access and it's fenced all around) and playing with the hosts dog Wilma.

The road to get to the property is in extremely poor condition, prepare to be jostled a lot even in a larger vehicle (we were in a Tucson). We're non smokers where as the hosts do smoke. We found that the smell drifted in through open windows and particularly was noticeable in the entry hall which both properties have access from. Not a negative as such but the property is very rural and there are a lot of trees and bushes. I'd recommend taking bug spray as we got quite a few bites. That said it was worth it for such a tranquil location.

Perfect place for family away from city noise, but not to far from town, shops and 20 mins to Palma. Surounded by nature.

Quiet calm and relaxed location, spacious, air con, well kept top floor apartment, on a elevated position with views all the way to the coast. Private pool, Garden and hammocks hanging amongst fruit trees was great.

Fantastic value, lovely apartment

Wonderful place immersed in the countryside among lemon and orange trees. The upper floor of the house is for the guests. The place is quite big, with large, spacious rooms, a dining room and a beautiful terrace. Every room has a beautiful view over the countryside, including the bathroom. It's a peaceful and relaxing place and the host offered delicious oranges, lemons and eggs from her own hens. The house is 5 minutes away from Llucmajor, quite convenient for grocery shopping. We loved this place.

Maria was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival with the keys to the apartment, she had got some provisions for us such as, bread, milk, ham and cheese as we arrived late at night and there were no supermarkets open. The location is quite secluded so you will need to hire a car to stay at this property, we enjoyed the relaxing tranquil atmosphere and having the use of our own pool. There is a BBQ that we used one evening to cook some beef burgers and chicken skewers from the local supermarket "Hiper Centro" which is easy to navigate to in the car. There is a fridge downstairs by the door which is ideal for storing drinks when you are pool side. There is a friendly dog at the property and a couple of cats.

Not a major point but air conditioning would have been a plus as it it was really hot inside at night
